Head down to the beach at Pensarn, a lovely shingle beach where you can take a pleasant stroll along the promenade. The North Wales Path runs parallel to the beach heading over to Colwyn Bay in one direction and Rhyl in the other. This path has some breath-taking views looking out across the Irish Sea. Take advantage of the cycle track that extends from Pensarn all the way to Rhos on Sea, where you will find a children’s play area, ice cream parlour and a number of shops and cafés. Days out can be enjoyed at the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Bodnant Gardens or if you wish to enjoy the water sports, you will find opportunities for fishing, sailing, and jet skiing. Take a drive over to the Snowdonia National Park where you will find a plethora of activities to suit everyone.
