Sweet Home Vignola

Sweet Home Vignola is an apartment in a quiet area of the Flaminio district. Close to the Olympic Stadium, Ponte Milvio, MAXXI Museum, Flaminio Stadium and the Olympic Theater.

A few steps away there is the stop of tram n 2 that in a few minutes will take you to Piazza del Popolo from which it will be easy to reach all the most important places in Rome such as the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, the Pantheon.

The house is on the ground floor with an entrance away from the street, has a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette, smart TV, table and chairs, a bedroom with double bed with wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.

A small corner with table and chairs will welcome our guests for moments of relax.

Our guests will have free use of air conditioning, free wifi internet connection, heating, TV, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with welcome pods kit, kettle, hair dryer, iron and iron board, bed linen & towels

Tourist Tax 6,00€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.

On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from the airport to the front of the apartment.

For arrivals between 8.00 pm and 11.00 pm there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without prior agreement and is subject to availability.

For stays longer than 20 nights the cost of electricity and gas will be paid according to consumption at the price of € 0.50 per kwh (electricity) and € 1.30 m / cube (gas). For stays longer than 20 nights, a deposit for utilities of € 150.00 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.

The house is very close to the Olympic Stadium, Ponte Milvio, the MAXXI Museum, the Flaminio Stadium and the Olympic Theater.

The Business School is only 1 km from the apartment

Temple University is a 15 min walk from the apartment.

From the apartment in 4 tram stops you can reach Piazza del Popolo, one of the most central places in Rome, from which it will be easy to arrive to the all most important places in Rome such as the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, the Pantheon.

From Piazza del Popolo it is possible to take bus n. 628 which in 13 minutes arrives in the heart of Trastevere, in Piazza Trilussa.

In Piazza del Popolo you will also find the "Flaminio" metro stop of Line A which will take you to St. Peter's and the Vatican in a few minutes.

The neighborhood is full of bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The supermarket is 3 min walk away.
