Lovely apartment located at the very centre of Rome just behind Piazza Venezia in a quiet and charming little square. Clean and full equipped, we had just to enjoy the place with the family. Easy communication with the property at all times. Ciao Ilaria, wish we could stay for bit longer….

We had an excellent and comfortable stay at Piazza Margana! The apartment had everything we needed for our family of six. It was well maintained and in a great location. We could walk to all the major attractions within 15-20 mins. There were a handful of restaurants and a grocery store steps away from the apartment. Ilaria was a wonderful host and very attentive. We loved our time at this property and would stay again!

Ilaria was welcoming, helpful and an excellent communicator. She helped us set up a ride from the airport and also gave great recommendations. The apartment was roomy and spacious and an amazing location walkable to everything! Very clean with comfortable beds and sofas. The only thing I hadn’t noticed when we booked is there is only 1 shower. The other bath is a tub. Not a big deal but something I didn’t pick up on. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great apartment. It is a very comfortable and conveniently located close to many attractions in Rome's historic city center. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was a nice retreat at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Ilaria was very helpful. She was easy to communicate with, arranged an airport transfer and recommended some great restaurants. Overall a great experience!

LOVED this property. It was the perfect jumping off point for our stay in Rome. Despite being located near all the action in was QUIET. Beds were super comfortable, great selection of movies, and we appreciate the coffee! Also appreciate the attentiveness of Ilaria. She was quick to respond and just very lovely. Our favorite part of this apartment were the sofas in the living room. After hoofing around the Vatican in 95-degree heat, it was so nice to come to the apartment, close all the shutters and enjoy the air conditioning (and a nap.) sheer bliss!

Outstanding place to stay in the heart of Rome, with a charming neighborhood feel. Under a ten min walk to all the major sights, but quiet abd safe. The host Ilaria was outstanding with communication and so easy to work with. This apartment was perfect for my family of 6 with four teenagers. We had plenty of space to hang out after some long touring days. We will definitely be back!

This is a very comfortable apartment located on a charming piazza located two blocks from the hub of Rome's historic city center. My group was able to walk to most major attractions and then retreat to this quiet spot to relax. The host was kind enough to reach out to arrange airport transfer, which was especially helpful.

Great location! Apartment was clean and exactly as described. The owner, Ms Wolf, was always available for questions and help, even when we thought we locked our luggage in the apartment on the last day :)So kind to have water and prosecco in the fridge waiting for us. The Angelina cafe nearby was great as well.Recommend that you leave doors to the bedrooms open in order to allow a/c to circulate the apartment. Loved the stay!

A Once in a Lifetime Amazing Stay!

The apartment is gorgeous, very centrally located and a great way to experience Rome. We stayed as 6 adults, and it was very comfortable. Ilaria is a helpful and gracious host that really helped us in any way possible and made sure to check in throughout our stay. She even arranged transportation from the airport so we were able to avoid the train after a long flight. The only thing to mention is that the first bathroom is a bathtub with a short shower head only, but we were able to shower using the second bathroom without issue. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. It was great to have laundry in the apartment (bring detergent sheets from home) There are great restaurants and cafes within a 1-4 minute walk (both restaurants right outside were amazing). This apartment allowed us to stay in the heart of Rome and walk to all major sites easily! The cooking school is also right next door, which we loved. You will not be sorry if you book this stay, we all promised each other we would be back!

Amazing Oasis just steps from the hustle and bustle of Rome

Incredible property and stay while visiting our son who was studying in Rome. Comfortable with high ceilings and great living room, kitchen and bedroom spaces. Easy check in process, Franco was the best. Trattoira Agelino is steps out your door. One of our favorite places to eat in Rome.

Perfect Location!

This home was perfect for our trip, we would easily book here again. The location is absolutely ideal, being close to everything and yet feeling like a quiet, private little neighborhood. If you’re looking to book this property, Ilaria was so helpful and communicative before and during our stay! Be sure you read through the property description, this property has some very unique aspects, which supports its character. The shared bathroom has a tub(no shower), and the en-suite bathroom has a shower. The windows provide so much welcome light and air, and the living space was perfect for our group to gather and lounge. The 2 flights of stairs leading to the home were steep, but they were actually one of my favorite architectural features of the building!We Traveled with 80yr old grandparents and 2 kids under 4, and we were pleased with everything!

Perfect apartment in Rome!

This is a terrific apartment! Located in the Jewish quarter, and walkable distance to everything. Just steps to the Forum and Colosseum. Clea, quiet, and has everything you need. And the couches in the living area are the best napping couches after a long day of walking. Ilaria and Franco were attentive, helpful, and super responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

Property itself and location was absolutely amazing!!! Could walk to so many sights! Perfect for the 6 of us ranging from age 12 to 76! The host was so helpful with food tips and train strike info! We would definitely stay again on our next trip back to Rome!

Wonderful, excellent location, easy

Everything was great! Not in the mix of tons of tourists but close enough to jump into the action. Our host was good to communicate with and she arranged for pick up at airport & suggested wonderful restaurants. Super comfortable beds, nice heating system since we were here in November. The restaurants below were some of the best. They do stay open late, so be aware that conversations filter up through window in middle main bedroom. We were so tired at end of our days, it lulled us asleep.

Close to everything

Really nice and comfortable apartment. Could maybe do with a bit of fixing here and there, but that adds to the charm. Lots of different quirks to the property, which is good. Within walking distance of most the main attractions if your youngest family member is 9+. The two restaurants in the square offer good food, but is a little noisy on the front bedrooms until around 11pm. Overall, I'd recommend!
