We were in Leavenworth during the Atmospheric weather event of Dec. 2025. Power went off, most roads were closed going out of the city and our car was locked in the garage with power opener. Ron was outstanding regularly checking in on us, walking us thru emergency procedures, assisting with exit routes, far over and above what we expected. Outstanding owner!!!The condo itself is flawless. Highly recommended in everyway. Walkable score 10!!

I cannot say enough nice things about this VRBO! We were in town for a family party so although we didn't get to get much use out of the condo, it was absolutely lovely!! The owner, Ron was great! I overlooked the communication about the garage, so I messaged Ron to see if there was onsite parking. He answered my message very quickly and even let us know the cleaners were done and we could do an early check in! The condo is gorgeous! So welcoming, warm and festive! (They even had a tree up for Christmas! Nice touch!) They did an amazing job remodeling this unit! The color of the cabinets, and the countertops were stunning! We didn't use the kitchen at all but noticed it was very well equipped! Lots of basic food staples in the cabinets, condiments in the fridge, and ice made! The condo is conveniently located! Only a block from Icicle Brewing, and Starbucks! If we didn't have our family party, the car would have stayed in the garage the whole time, because EVERYTHING is within walking distance! We will definitely be back this summer to stay and actually get to enjoy the condo and everything the town has to offer!Thanks for the beautiful stay! We LOVED it!

This beautiful condo is in the perfect location, in town and close to the River Park walking path. Hosts are extremely helpful and welcoming, and the condo is fully equipped. It's important to know that other than the one garage space, all of Leavenworth is pay-to-park with no overnight street parking.

We absolutely loved our stay - 10/10! The check in and check out process was so easy. The house was clean, the recent renovations were beautiful, beds were comfy, and we loved that rafts and chairs were provided for the river. The condo was located in the perfect spot for exploring both the village and the river on foot. We'll be booking again for any future trips!

Superb - Modern Comfort - Quiet & Convenient

Condo is the perfect location at the edge of this unique town with easy walking to everything. The history of Leavenworth is fascinating and the Historical Walking Tour is a great introduction including recommendations for your stay. Hosts Ron and Lisa have arranged this accommodation with all the comfort you can imagine. Being on the second floor, there are lovely views from every window and privacy too. The parking garage adds to the convenience. The living, dining and kitchen areas are well laid out and spacious. We enjoyed the well groomed golf course, the drive to Chelan for wine tasting, and the drive up the scenic Icicle Canyon Rd where there is an easy Gorge Trail along the river. Although Leavenworth attracts many visitors, it accommodates them very well and it never felt crowded. Do check out the activities and cultural events for all ages and interests for any time of year. This is a special place!

Quick summer trip

My husband and I stayed here with family for our first quick trip to Leavenworth. The condo was in the perfect location. We were able to park in the garage and walk everywhere we wanted to go. It’s right at the end of the main strip, so very close to shopping and food. It’s also just a few blocks from the river trail. Ron was very responsive to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Cascade Celtic Festival

This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever had. The condo was updated, clean, wonderful location for our venue at the Festhalle, close to everything on Front St. Had tons of extras to make it feel like home, right down to the lint roller we so desperately needed one day. Ron was very helpful and responded quickly to every question also helping us locate an overnight parking for our extra car. We will most definitely rent again.
