Within 3.1 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles there is a pub. Dragon Hill Barn is a superb escape amidst the scenery of the Peak District.

Boating, biking, and windsurfing are also available, as well as stores, a restaurant, and a children's adventure playground. The Peak District is easily accessible from here.
