La Casa Bianca is a seafront holiday home on the seafront street in Trani. With large garden, parking, the beach, it accommodates up to 7 guests.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as washing machine, internet, dishwasher, espresso machine, electric oven, ceiling fans, alarm system, tv with satellite dish and Sky, stereo, musical instruments, library, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning in every room.

The independent villa is on the serafront street Adriatica that arrives at Bisceglie. It`s on three floors, framed by a large and lush garden with two gates, of which the streetfront gate opens into the covered parking area, while the pedestrian gate opens into the beach.
The
path in the lawn leads to the house, along the solarium and outdoor
area. Moreover, there is an outdoor shower, useful after a day at the
beach.
The comfortable stairs lead to the raised ground floor introduced by a beautiful porch, with large glass doors, tables and sofas. From the porch you have access to a large living room with sofas and dining area and a well-equipped spacious kitchen. Morevover, on this floor there is a full bathroom.
On the upper floro there is the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a Futon-like double bed and access to a balcony with beautiful view on the sea and wicker furniture. The second double bedroom is furnished with a Futon bed. The third bedroom is a triple bedroom with bunk bed and twin-sized bed. The bedrooms are equipped with closets. Furthermore, on this floor there are 1 full bathroom, 1 half bath with washbasin, toilet and a terrace.
On
the basement floor, there is an open space with living area, ideal if
you need to relax, with sofas and another kitchen (the hobs do not work
as there is the main kitchen) and a full bathroom.

Casa Bianca is a cozy villa with lush garden and hobby areas. It`s on
the seafront promenade connecting Trani to Bisceglie on the Adriatica.
It`s in a residential area, 1 kilometer away from the city centre.
Trani
is a unique town, with a beautiful view characterized by the suggestive
cathedral and belltower. The old town centre of Trani offers many
cultural events. Trani is a tourist town with every service.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- The near road is connecting artery to reach the sea, so in same daily moment could be bustiling.
- One bathroom is a simple service toilet (no shower).
