There are two bedrooms and a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed back garden with patio, decking, lawned area, furniture and barbecue. Within 0.5 miles, you'll find a shop and a pub, and within 0.9, a beach. Please note that while one well-behaved dog is allowed, smoking is not. Town: Overstrand is a modest beach village on the north Norfolk coast, about two miles east of Cromer. It offers a public sandy beach with a lush greenery hill backdrop, as well as a café, convenience store, tavern and restaurant, and a few stores. Visit the Overstrand Cliffs nature reserve and geological Site of Special Scientific Interest, which is near to the Cromer Lighthouse and golf course, while Cromer itself is a short drive, offering a beach surrounded with colourful beach huts.
