Open plan living / dining area / and kitchen areas with Juliette balcony windows. Fully fitted kitchen including 4-burner gas hob, extractor, oven fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer / dryer. Master bedroom with 5ft kingsize double bed, fitted wardrobe leading to ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with 5ft kingsize double bed (or zip and link 2ft 6ins single beds). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking - One allocated parking space in the development`s outside area and further (first come first served) visitors parking (permits provided). Access via undercroft - dimensions: width 234cm, height 235cm.

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.

Technology - 50 inch Smart TV with Bixby, Alexa and Google Assistant. Bluetooth speaker. WIFI facility.

Kitchen - Oven, 4-burner gas Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washer / Dryer machine.

Restrictions - No smoking. No Pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and around many of the coastal walks offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.
