Mirabella apartment in Ortigia by Wonderful Italy

Lovely apartment in the old Bottai neighborhood, in one of the typical streets of Ortigia, a few steps away from Graziella quarter, with its amazing glimpses, and the seafront.



Located on the first floor, the house is accessible from the walkway. The entrance opens up onto the dining room, which separates the bedrooms: one comes with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and the second one with two French beds.

The kitchen can be reached from the outside walkway (with access key) or from the bedroom with two beds. A second bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.

Guests’ will have wifi, heating with a heat pump and air conditioning in the bedroom with two beds at their disposal.

For relaxation and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beautiful, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.



Catania Fontanarossa airport is 50-minute drive from the apartment. The train station is very close to the bus terminal with routes to and from the airport and 20 minutes walk from the accommodation.
