Elegant Apartment near the Beach

El Apartamento Sydney es una moderna y espaciosa planta baja, ideal para familias o pequeños grupos que buscan comodidad y fácil acceso al centro de Alvor.



La sala de estar y comedor en plano abierto ofrece un ambiente luminoso y acogedor, creando una transición armoniosa hacia las demás áreas de la casa.



El apartamento dispone de dos dormitorios con camas de matrimonio y también hay un cuarto de baño con ducha y un cuarto de baño con bañera. Una de las habitaciones cuenta además con una pequeña terraza exterior con mesa y sillas, ideal para momentos tranquilos al aire libre.



La cocina es independiente y totalmente equipada, contando con una mesa para el desayuno, una terraza y una despensa.



En el exterior, el apartamento disfruta de acceso a una piscina y jardín comunes, realizado por escaleras o ascensor hasta un nivel inferior y luego solo algunos escalones.



La ubicación es excelente, permitiendo disfrutar de la proximidad al centro de Alvor, de la playa, del paseo marítimo y de una amplia oferta de restaurantes y cafés.



El día de cambio de esta propiedad es el sábado (sin embargo, puede haber flexibilidad en temporada baja).

Si sus vuelos ya están reservados o si sus fechas son fijas y no coinciden con el día habitual de cambio de la propiedad, le pedimos que nos envíe una solicitud de información antes de realizar la reserva, para confirmar si las fechas pueden ser aceptadas.

Great house and local flavors

We loved the house and the outdoor spaces. The garden and pool area are very well maintained and peaceful. The apartment is very spacious for four people. We also enjoyed dinner at Algarbe restaurant, which is just a short walk away and highly recommended.

Fantastic Family Stay

We had a wonderful time at Apartamento Sydney. Being on the ground floor was very convenient for us, and the open-plan living area is even brighter than in the photos. The kids loved the pool area, and having two different bathrooms (one with a bath!) made our morning routine so much easier.

Lovely stay near the beach

The access to the pool is very easy via the lift, and the garden is a great place to relax. The apartment was very quiet despite being so close to the center of Alvor. Having both a shower and a bathtub was a luxury for us. We will definitely be back next summer!

Perfect location in Alvor

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. We walked everywhere—to the beach, the boardwalk, and the town center. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the small terrace in one of the bedrooms. Everything was spotless and modern.

Modern, clean and comfortable

A very modern and spacious apartment. The independent kitchen is a big plus, and having a pantry helped us keep everything organized during our week-long stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the transition between the living and dining areas feels very natural and airy.

Fantastic Location in Alvor

This magnificent apartment is in a superb location, just minutes from the charming village of Alvor. The apartment itself is very well furnished, and the kitchen was particularly well-equipped for all our needs. The small balcony was perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. Modern and Relaxing Stay

A very modern and clean apartment, perfect for a relaxing break. We appreciated the air conditioning and the layout, which felt very spacious. Comfortable and Convenient

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The open-plan living/dining area was bright and comfortable, and the two double bedrooms provided plenty of space. The location is truly convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants easily reachable on foot. It was fantastic having access to the communal pool, which was a lovely spot to relax. A truly comfortable and convenient option for exploring the area.

Perfect Alvor Base

We stayed in a well maintained, tidy 2 bedroom apartment in Alvor, we were 6 males over age of 18 staying there for 4 days and we had absolutely no complaints. They were on time to let us in and were very welcoming and friendly.

GORGEOUS POOL AND CONFORTABLE APARTMENT!!

Let me thank you Olivia first for being there for us and for always helping and making it easier since was our first time booking holliday in portugal. Me and my boyfriend and our 2 friends had the most amazing time in Algarve, the apartment was very spacious and had confortable beds, very well decorated! Loved the pool, was gorgeous!

Everyone loved their stay in Albufeira

Lovely Apartment for families and friends! Spacious living room with very confortable sofa, very spacious and well equiped kitchen, nice beds we slept very well during our stay which was great! The pool was AMAZING, so beautifull! Overall the cleaning was top and the communication with Olivia made everything easier! Highly recommend!!
