The holiday home in Sardinia is part of six villas built in typical Sardinian style, located in a unique position overlooking the sea. This accommodation is the perfect Sardinia villa rental, ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from the splendid sandy Li Cossi beach, which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating on the island. Other small bays are located 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel or simply sunbathe. The holiday apartment has a magnificent sea view, and a large outdoor area, perfect for outdoor dining or a barbecue with family or friends. The Mediterranean scrub surrounds the whole area and allows you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper and strawberry tree. The pool is equipped with a chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.

Casa Rosa Arancio is a holiday home in Sardinia that can accommodate up to five people.
The house is spread over two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette, which also includes a sofa bed, and a terrace with a barbecue and a breathtaking sea view.
The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds—and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine.
The bedrooms open onto a large and wonderful terrace with a shared swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.
The property includes one private parking space for our guests.

Pets are allowed upon request at an additional cost of €100.00 per pet.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and the approval of other neighbours.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
