Dimora del Mercante

"Dimora del Mercante" is an apartment located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a typical and popular building in the historical centre of Catania, consisting of 3 bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom and marked with a color (blue, yellow and green), a brand new kitchen and snack room with a glass table and an other one with stools. The apartment is also well insulated by double glass windows and by the height at which it is located.
The bedrooms have a private bathroom, very new inverter air conditioners for heating and cooling, a 50" Smart TV and an exclusive balcony. Moreover it has a shared kitchen with induction stove and a microwave oven is available exclusively for the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped for the guests and from it you could reach a stunning terrace from which to admire the most evocative views of the historical centre of Catania.
Specifically, in the Blue room we have a double bed with a small sofa bed for one person and an internal access to the private bathroom, as well as a splendid furnished balcony. Also in the room there is a desk with a patchwork armchair. It has an easy and private access to the kitchen.
Almost the same for the Yellow room which has very large spaces, including the private bathroom and the balcony on Via Luigi Capuana, also with a single sofa bed ,like the Blue room
The Green room is the smallest of the three, but has the same characteristics as the other rooms.

Other features of the apartment where the room is located:
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and juicer. You will also find an elegant glass table and stools on a snack table.
- Wi-Fi Internet.
- Towel set (shower, face and bidet) with change every 3 days, on request and medium-long stays.
- Set of sheets, with change every 3 days, on request.
- Bathroom courtesy kit (bath soaps, shampoo).
