Located in the heart of Madonna di Campiglio, within the Rainalter condominium, just a stone's throw from the ski lifts and the central square, Casa Margherita has recently been elegantly renovated with modern alpine style solutions and equipped with all comforts. The house measures approximately 75 sqm and consists of an entrance with a bench and coat hanging space, a living room with large windows equipped with a comfortable sofa, a 46-inch TV and dining area, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso and Franke oven, a corridor with large wardrobes that separates the day area from the night area where we find a double bedroom, a second room with a bunk bed and a third single bed, 2 complete bathrooms, one with a hydromassage bathtub and the other with a shower box.

Warm and welcoming, Casa Margherita boasts first-quality finishes, including antique oak eco-wood floors, custom-made solid Trentino wood furniture, design lamps in wood and wrought iron, all strictly created by local artisans, beech wood bed bases, certified high-quality memory mattresses, blackout curtains and TVs in all rooms.

Guests can enjoy a private ski locker complete with a stainless steel boot warmer and a private covered parking space - complete with an electric car charging point - and conveniently access the house via an internal elevator and without any architectural barriers.

The parking space in the garage is paid (maximum entrance height 2.50 metres). Electric car charging is payable.
