Comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms for a maximum of 5 people.
The apartment is furnished in a rustic style, and features two double bedrooms (one of which has the possibility of an additional bed), two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, and a kitchen with a dining table.
Both bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.
The guests of the apartment will be able to enjoy the spacious garden of Casa Alara.
Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen are included in the price.

The location is in the hamlet of Ortisei called Roncadizza, which is about 2 km from the centre. It is possible to reach the centre of Ortisei and consequently the Dolomiti Superski facilities in various ways, including free buses and skibuses that stop just 100 metres from the house, in a few minutes by car or bicycle, or in half an hour on foot.
This is also an area particularly suitable for families with children, given the presence of two public playgrounds, the riding stable and the tennis and beach volleyball courts within a 200-metre radius of the house.
Within this perimeter, you will also find several bars and restaurants.
Apartments Alara has a wonderful furnished garden, shared between both apartments, where you can relax and enjoy the sun of the Dolomites.

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise specified in the listing. If permitted, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.
In case of waste of electricity, gas or other utilities, an additional cost is expected (for example: lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let out the humidity from the apartment and avoid mould formation. If this rule is not respected and mould is found at the time of guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.
The property is not equipped with food products such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are to be understood only as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
The final cleaning amount only covers standard cleaning. It does not include dishwashing and removal of rubbish from the apartments at the indicated points.
