Perched on a prime hillside area closely overlooking the port city of Chania, Omma Villas afford uniquely expansive and unobstructed panoramic views of the urban landscape and the Cretan Sea. Composed of two independent three-leveled buildings covering a total of 500sqm, this fully private, brand-new residence offers effortless sophistication and state-of-the-art amenities which will turn your stay into a truly unforgettable, indulgent and luxurious experience.

The interior space with its minimalist yet elegant design beautifully combines bespoke designer furniture and premium materials, while getting most of its color from the surrounding vast glass windows successfully capturing every inch of the sea, port and city scapes. A property of exceptional design and outstandingly high quality which allows for both social gatherings and discretion with choices of seating areas both inside and outside the two houses.
With two fully-equipped kitchens, two indoor and one outdoor dining areas, two private swimming salt water pools, two private saunas, two hot tubs and daily maid service available. Omma Villas has taken close care of every detail so guests indulge in remarkable luxury and serenity.
Omma Villas consist of two totally independent neighbouring buildings: the Right and Left Buildings and accommodates 12 guests in its 6 ensuite bedrooms. An elevator is also available in each building facilitating the access to all levels.
Layout Right Building
Ground Level
Entering through the main entrance you find yourself in the open plan living space. High quality natural materials meet modern design for a calming atmosphere that is luxurious yet comfortable with every space designed to naturally embrace the scenic exterior environment.
An elegant wooden dining table for 6 takes prime position and the fully-equipped spacious kitchen along with a kitchen island with three hand-woven stools are bound to accommodate all our guests needs. The effortlessly chic and luminous lounge area wrapping around the modern fireplace and the 55" Smart TV with Satellite and Netflix includes a handmade sofa seating large enough for the entire family. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer an incredible gaze at the city and seascape and open up to a private balcony with a set of two elegant Baxter leather chairs and a hot tub. Full of light and air, the living area is a joy for social gatherings. A bathroom with shower is also available on this floor, for communal use.
First Floor
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where one finds two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom featuring a sumptuous Super King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), a closet including a safe, A/C and a 43" Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin while a bathtub can be found separately positioned to witness the sweeping view beyond. A large patio door provides direct access to a private balcony with sea and sunset view.
Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be converted upon request into a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a comfortable mattress topper. There is a closet, A/C and a 43" Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin and a balcony with direct access to the second private sea view terrace of that level.
Lower Level
Bedroom 3: Features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00) with a desk space and a large sofa. There is also a closet, A/C and a 43" Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin. A large window provides direct view to the pool area even when laying in bed.
Sauna: Is designed for relaxation seating up to three guests will appeal to all who seek a moment of self care and wellness during their holiday. A rain shower can also be found in this room.
Finally a laundry room with a washing machine and a clothes dryer is found on this level.
Layout Left Building
Ground Level
The ground level of this building features a fully equipped kitchen with branded appliances and a kitchen island with three hand-woven stools. The open air living room with modern organic architecture and sleek polished lines harmonically combined with premium branded furnishings and appliances provide our guests with a contemporary living space able to meet their most sophisticated needs. Floor to ceiling glass panels allow the dazzling view to effortlessly blend in with the interiors while bringing daylight deep into the house. The living room features a corner sofa, modern fireplace and the 55" Smart TV with Satellite and Netflix. The living rooms balcony offers breathtaking city and sea views. Finally a bathroom with shower is also available on this floor, for communal use.
Pool Level
A wooden staircase from the ground floor downwards leads to the pool level where one finds two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom featuring a sumptuous Super King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), a walk-in closet including a safe, A/C and a 43" Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin while a bathtub can be found separately positioned to witness the sweeping view beyond. A large patio door provides direct access to a private terrace spoiling our guests with yet another breathtaking view.
Bedroom 2: Features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be converted upon request into a King size double bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a comfortable mattress topper. There is a closet, A/C and a 43" Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin and the patio door provides direct access to the second sea view terrace with a 15 sqm swimming pool and a hot tub.
A second entrance on this level allows independent access and exits to the pool area.
Lower Level
Bedroom 3: Features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a double large closet, A/C and a 43" Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin.
Moving forward from that bedroom, the private sauna area can be found. Identical to the one in the Northern Building. A rain shower can also be found in the sauna room.
All bedrooms feature APIVITA products for a soothing self-care experience.
Finally a laundry room with a combined washing and drying machine is on this level.


Outdoor Area
While the inside of Omma Villas delights due to the combination of minimal architecture and luxurious materials with natural luminosity, the exterior will help realize its full potential harmonically blending in with the surrounding environment.
The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests. Botanical herbs, such as lavender, thyme, basil and mint, and local plants have been planted playfully reminding our guests of our Mediterranean location.
The cascading exterior landscape together with the seating and dining areas allow our guests to both share social moments and personal quiet time.
The outdoor facilities include:
- A 35 sqm. private ecological salt water pool (1,60m. deep) featuring 4 day-bed poofs, 4 sun beds, 2 sun mattresses placed on the adjacent rocks and 2 chaises longues. The pool can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily cost and it requires one week advance notice
-A second 15 sq.m pool with a depth of 1.60m, utilizing salt water electrolysis and equipped with a counter-current swimming system. Adjacent to this pool area are 2 sunbeds and poof loungers.
- An outdoor dining area suitable for 12 guests, ideal for al fresco dining
- Gas BBQ
- A private parking space for 2 cars within the property premises.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Outstanding and wonderful

Our family of 10 from the USA enjoyed the beautiful villa (what a view!) and especially the outstanding service provided by Maria and Michael. Maria supplied us with wonderful Cretan food and drink. Michael drove us to the airport when our rental car broke down. Such nice and thoughtful hosts. What more can I say?!

Big Fat Crete Wedding

Everything about our time in Chania at the Omma Vilas was spectacular! From the planning interactions with our host property managers, Kostas and Irene, to the Villas’ owners’, Maria and Michail, nothing was a problem, and everything was attended to with warmth and sincerity. The properties were luxurious, thoughtfully decorated and allowed for privacy while at the same time offering the capacity to entertain generously. The villas “extra touches” (wine, coffee, condiments, meze etc.) helped us acclimatize so easily and Maria’s charming and generous nature was very much appreciated. With superb, stunning views (completely as advertised) and easy proximity to the exquisite Old Town of Chania we were thrilled with tour stay at Omma Villas as it made our family celebration of our son’s wedding so special and memorable. We could not recommend these villas highly enough!! Thank you! Margaret, John and the family

Beyond expectations

We booked Omma villas with another family. Five adults and six children. The property consisted of two 3 story dwellings that shared a common pool and terrace area. The dwellings are brand new construction with a minimalist modern design each consisting of 3 bedroom suites, living room and kitchen. Ample room for all with wonderful amenities including rain shower, saunas and terraces off each bedroom suite. Very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood across the street from a lovely adults only boutique hotel and spa where we would stop for breakfast and morning coffee. Wonderful view of the sea and sunset each evening. Two car secured parking. About one mile from the port area of Chania and the center of night life. Owners Michaelis and Maria were extremely responsive to any request as were the tour management company. We have stayed at Vrbo homes throughout Greece and the US and this was our best experience ever. We could not have been more happy with our stay and hope to return next summer.
