This annexe is located at the back of the owner's property. There is an unfenced pond on the grounds, please take care. Straw Cottage is a romantic base for two to explore Wiltshire.

Within a few miles of town is the Swindon and Cricklade Railway, a heritage standard gauge railway run by volunteers. Cirencester, the Cotswolds' capital, is only a short drive away. Cirencester has a good mix of independent and national shops, pubs, and restaurants. Swindon, formerly part of the Great Western Railway Works, has historical sites and an outlet mall.
