The property is located in the "Rei Marina" area, which is part of the municipality of Muravera, about 400 meters from the beach. The cottage is located in a residential complex. It consists of:<br>- on the loft: 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed, 2 nightstands, and a small built-in closet;<br>- on the loft: 1 bedroom furnished with 2 single beds and 1 open shelving unit;<br>- on the loft: a walk-in closet;<br>- 1 kitchenette furnished with a refrigerator, a single sink with a drainer, a 3-burner gas stove, a washing machine, and a shelf for kitchen utensils;<br>- 1 living room furnished with a 6-seat table, 6 chairs, and a sideboard with assorted tableware.<br>The living room opens onto a veranda furnished with a table and chairs.<br>The veranda overlooks the garden with a green lawn and an outdoor shower.<br>Guests with a car have access to a numbered private parking space.<br>We are available to provide more detailed information (about the house, the area, and local services).<br>We kindly ask that you let us know your expected check-in time.<br>THE PRICE includes:<br>- water, gas, and electricity;<br>- bath, bed, and kitchen linens.<br>HOUSE RULES:<br>- Check-in: flexible (to be confirmed)<br>- Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.<br>- Minimum stay: 4 days<br>- At check-in, identification documents for all guests will be required to comply with legal obligations;<br>- No more guests than specified in the reservation will be accepted;<br>- Guests agree to follow the recycling guidelines in effect in the Municipality of Muravera;<br>- Whenever guests leave the house, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed.<br>- Pets are not allowed;<br>- Smoking is preferred on the patio;<br>- Guests must leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it upon arrival; they must not leave any of their own items or personal belongings behind, and must leave the provided facilities, as well as the furniture and equipment, in perfect condition.
