The Old Garage {Lodge One} 2 bedroom, beautiful countryside view’s
The Old Garage has been newly converted into 3 beautiful, modern holiday homes. We are situated in Holme Hale, a small, quiet village in Norfolk and have the stunning countryside right on our doorstep!
Boasting a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area which has every comfort you’ll need whilst enjoying your holiday. We sleep a total of 5 people, and have a travel cot if required.
Our brand new conversion of Lodge one has a beautiful exterior of cedar cladding. There is a small step up into the property, once inside everything is ground floor level. You enter into a large open plan living/kitchen and dining area. The living area is very spacious and flooded with light thanks to the vaulted ceilings and roof windows. Immediately as you walk in we have a utility/boot room with a washing machine for you to use during your stay.
The living area has 2 comfortable sofas and a Samsung 40inch smart tv. We have a small collection of board games and activities for children.
The new, extremely modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need! There is a Fridge/freezer and electric oven and hob alongside a kettle, toaster, microwave and even a dishwasher to save you having to do any washing up during your stay!
The dining area has a table, chairs and a bench, seating a total of 5 people. A high chair is also available.
The bathroom is extremely stylish and has a bath and separate shower. Towels will be provided for your stay.
The bedrooms are at the rear of the property. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a single sofa bed that can be made up upon request, we charge a small fee per night for use of the sofa bed. (sofa bed is only suitable for a child). Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space in the wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. All of our beds are made up with beautiful fresh white linen. The 2 bedrooms have an adjoining fire exit door.
We have a travel cot available to use. No bed linen other than a sheet is provided so please remember to pack your little ones linen from home.
We have a security camera on our house. It is aimed at our driveway entrance and parking area. It records when it detects movement in those areas. Recordings are deleted after 7 days. Please note, we only have space for ONE car per lodge. Please contact us prior to booking if you require more parking space. We will try our best to accommodate but this may not always be possible. There is no roadside parking.

Hi, we are the proud owners of The Old Garage in Norfolk. We relocated to Norfolk in 2020 with our 3 children to begin our dream of transforming an old garage/outbuilding into amazing holiday homes. We live adjacent to the holiday homes, with our 4 boys, 2 dogs and chickens. It is highly likely that you will meet them all at some stage during your stay so please do say hi, both the animals (and children) and very friendly!
