Casa degli Amici is a vacation apartment in the historic center of Ostuni.

Leaning against the ancient white lime walls, the vacation home is a perfect solution for spending time in typical Apulian surroundings, with exceptional panoramic views stretching from the Valle d`Itria to the sea on the Adriatic coast.
The cozy, recently renovated vacation home features modern, functional and designer furnishings.
Casa degli Amici is spread over two floors and has two entrances. The main entrance crosses an ancient staircase, set in charming corners, stairways and lime balconies, in the small center of Ostuni.
The interior from here opens into a spacious living room with striking vaulted ceilings with exposed stones, under which there is a comfortable sofa, TV and windows with panoramic views.
A few steps down lead to the modern, super-equipped kitchen, balcony with views of the White City and glass windows overlooking the courtyard.
On the balcony you can dine, use the barbecue, go upstairs to sunbathe on the terrace with solarium furnished with deck chairs, armchairs and outdoor shower. On this floor is the first bathroom with a bathtub.
From the living room, a wooden spiral staircase leads downstairs to the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms.
The second entrance, through the ancient walls, leads directly to the lower floor.

The charming residence Casa degli Amici is in a charming location in the historic center, on the ancient walls, and gives guests a splendid view.
Within a few minutes` walk are typical small restaurants and the main square. By car, in a handful of minutes, you can reach Ostuni`s beaches that unfurl along the Adriatic coast. A vacation in Ostuni`s historic center is a pleasant experience to encounter the true essence of Puglia.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
