Ground floor with outdoor space - Terrace Vila II

Terrace Vila II is a pleasant ground floor house in Garajau, just a few minutes from the beach. The property has three bedrooms: one with a single bed and two with double beds, one of which has a private bathroom with shower and terrace access. There is another WC in the house with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open space format allows the living room and dining area to share the same space. Enjoy the good weather of the south side of Madeira Island on the terrace, which offers two distinct areas: one for dining and another for leisure. Maximum capacity: 5 people. Wi-Fi available in all areas.

AREA
Garajau is easily accessible, close to restaurants, shops, services, supermarkets, Cristo Rei (Christ the King monument), and the Garajau cable car for beach access. There is also a small trail for morning walks next to Cristo Rei. The property is a 10-minute drive from Funchal, where you can explore various cultural, adventure, and nature activities.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to reach the property is by transfer (ask us to arrange one with local partners). If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We also have an app for guests with all important information about the property and your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property.

ATTENTION
A Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for guests aged 13 or over: €2 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14 per person). You will receive a link to pay this fee before arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
