Two-room apartment - 2 beds
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, small laundry room and equipped terrace overlooking the sea. The name of the apartment is given by its incredible location, a stone's throw from the Pianotta beach. Let yourself be enchanted by the incredible view of the Gulf of Mola and Naregno.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 25 years
- children are admitted freely, however, the total number of beds must never exceed two people. It is not possible to stay with two adults and a child in the parents' bed.
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- a parking space for your apartment is included. The space is intended for two cars, it remains tight, but there are two cars safely. You can check the dimensions in the last photo of the gallery
- the parking space is located about 500 meters from the apartment, which can still be reached by car to unload luggage
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
