This 2-bed Apartment is located close to Chesterfield City Center & Chesterfield Rail Station. Its in a peaceful and secure neighborhood close to Chesterfield College and Tapton Golf Course. This house is ideal for visitors to the Peak who equally want to close to town life - shops and restaurants, cinema, clubs etc. Bedrooms can be configured to have 4 separate beds given advanced notice. Ideal for families & contractor workers.
You have the entire Apartment to yourself.
Single and standalone Apartment (detached and single building).
Private driveway parking (driveway is narrow so take care when maneuvering vehicle).
Private one level Stairs entrance. Spring laden stair-gate is installed at top of stairs (Parents and guardian are responsible for making sure stair-gate is kept locked when in living spaces).
Open Space Live/Eat area -
Living room with 55 inch smart TV,
Dinner table, with
fully equipped Integrated kitchen and
Study space (table and adjustable chair provided).

Modern apartment. We are welcoming and happy to host you. You have the apartment all to yourself. 2 large bedrooms with one En-suit shower and toilet room and another bathroom with a toilet.

Also has high utility financial burden which we would not want to passed on to us. If caught the booking will be cancelled without refund and damage fee will also not be refunded.
