A spacious rural escape, situated on one level with increased accessibility for wheelchair users, is perfect for families to get away from it all.
Surrounded by countryside views, you can sit outside and enjoy a peaceful breakfast before jumping in the car to explore the local nearby attractions.

Enter the property into the hallway and to your left you will find the living room with two soft, comfy sofas to relax in at the end of a busy day, with a Smart TV and the electric fire glowing, perfect to sit and relax on an evening.

Across the hallway you will find a large kitchen diner with a comfortable seating area with further Smart TV. There is a lovely choice of family games, perfect for all to enjoy quality time together.

Just off the kitchen is the spacious utility room leading to the cloakroom with a high pedestal WC.

The main hallway connects all the rooms as well as to the front and back entrance, with some accessibility aids.

There are two bedrooms, one spacious King bedroom with plenty of storage and a pretty armchair and one lovely twin bedroom.

The family bathroom has everything you may require, including a separate large shower and a separate bath.

Externally the property has a large gravel area to the surrounds of the bungalow, with a pretty lawn to front, along with a concrete boundary immediately surrounding the house for ease of walking. Sit and enjoy breakfast or an evening meal in the beautiful rural surrounding.

Stayed a Sunnybank beginning of October for ten days. Immediately when you walk in you can see that the cottage is so clean and fresh. Everything you need for a holiday is there, just like home from home. The hot tub (which is very private) is excellent and so it the games room. The owners were easily contactable if needed. We would highly recommend this cottage. Although we didn't require, the cottage is also ideal if there is a disability shower wise etc. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Wales at its best

Amazing home from home with all you need and more, just with better views. This cottage has so much space and everything you could need. Great central location with little bits of magic like Llansteffan beach 10mins away. Also try the Fox n Hounds for Sunday lunch platter - yummy. Hosts are just the best so treat this place with respect.

Sunny Bank Llangynog

Sunny Bank is an outstanding place to stay for a short or long break as it is remarkably well equipped with everything you require. Immaculate throughout, extremely spacious making it easily accessible for disabled and wheelchair users . Outside, the gardens are accessible, there are seating areas with extensive views across the countryside. A hot tub to relax in the day or night ..just perfect. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the "Welcome Hamper" and Fresh goods milk ,juice eggs etc . This was a delightful thought and very much appreciated. Thank you Huw and Hazel for all your help. We will certainly be back soon. Thank you for your kindness .
