The caravan was lovely and warm. It was easy to get around and we really enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the area was.

All of the above Mattress in double room was turned over and that made it rather hard ,too heavy to turn back. Bedroom 3 had one bed slanting when lied upon ; and an unattached headboard on the other bed, extractor fan in shower room not working. Minor problems ! overall we had a lovely holiday.

Brillant!

Myself, partner and 4 small children stayed for 2 night, the caravan its self was lovely, clean right at front of park entrance. 4 min drive to ingoldmels and skegness, 5min walk to the beach, absolutely perfect

Beautiful place

This property was one of the nicest and cleanist places we have ever stayed. It is beautifully decorated and we were so comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The caravan was lovely all of the information we received on how to check in ect was simple to follow. We would definitely stay again the caravan had all you need in it apart from bed covers

The Caravan was comfortable and easy to find, it was tricky to work out the heating and hot without instructions.

Needs updating

Dirty shelves in wardrobes, owners items in main wardrobe, mould on curtains in small bedroom, curling mats at door, plant pots full of weeds and tab ends, table has dangerous covering peeling off and is very sharp. This is not good for a toddler walking round.

Lovely and clean and a nice size. Only moan i would have is there are only 4 chairs round table, no buffets, it is after all an 8 berth

Mini break

Lovely location. Very friendly site. Nice and quiet on an evening. Great access to the beach. Caravan does need some work. Windows and blinds very dusty. Bathroom light didn't work. Overall very happy 😊

Luxury Caravan

The caravan was absolutely wonderful. Interior was modernly decorated with the furniture of current time. Very clean can't find any dust on any big or small furniture. Immaculate condition. I would highly recommend.

Avoid at all cost

On the whole caravan was as described but old and tired . The caravan is situated on residential park not holiday park so no facilities as normal.To get to the beach you have to go under a bypass which is disgusting to avoid very busy road

My weekend away

The property look good when we entered But 3 blinds did t open in the front room And in the main bedroom they did roil up. There was a lot of mould in the shower room In one of the bedroom wall Also there was curtain in other bedroom which were mould on both curtain .

A little disappointed

Unfortunately on arrival found that caravan had not been cleaned, cleaner arrived half an hour after check in time. We'd already cleaned up ourselves by that time. Caravan was adequate, rooms of decent size apart from toilet. Good shower. Mattress protectors were badly stained. A caravan for sale had been situated opposite ours which made it difficult for me to park allowing space for others to get past.

Holiday

On arrival the property was easy to access but I open the door the smell of dogs made me feel sick. I know it’s a caravan were you can take dogs but it was awful. Lucky for me I’d got no hoover carpet freshener, which helped. We arrived on the 23rd of December and he’d a Chippy tea, the next morning we had toast for breakfast. After a day walking we arrived back at night time and I decided to cook some veg for tea but could not get the gas on to cook. We try the emergency number but no one answered so we called alternative number which took us through to the owners, who were on holiday in Spain. The owner were really good and advised us not to use the cooker, which meant we had no cooker until 27 th which spoiled how Christmas. Our friend who was staying at Skegness sands popped over that morning and got the gas through. Apparently it take quite a will to bleed it through the pipes. That morning we heard for 2c holiday and explained the situation and that we’d now sorted the gas problem. They were very apologetic and promised a refund for the inconvenience of not having gas. We went out again that day walking and on arrival back at the van it was freezing so we had to get the gas engineer out and it turn out that the heating had been set at 13 degrees, we had not notice this until then as the weather had been quite warm and dropped while we were out walking. After that all was sorted and we had two days with no problems. The owner tried their best but it down to 2c holiday.
