A large and beautiful villa, surrounded by greenery, located in Cavanella Vara near Beverino (a 15-minute drive) from downtown La Spezia, with easy access to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre (Five Lands). The villa features eight bedrooms, four bathrooms (two of which have jacuzzi tubs), a separate sauna, two kitchens, two living rooms, and indoor and outdoor dining areas, and can accommodate more than 16 guests
The space
The REA Megavilla is built on three levels plus a basement, for a total area of over 400 square meters. It features eight bedrooms, four bathrooms—two of which have whirlpool tubs—a separate sauna, two living rooms, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is also a large, stunning living room with a bar and an open-concept kitchen, ideal for hosting a party.
The villa is equipped with many amenities:
The house features two separate, independent kitchens, each with a stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, and indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi are also provided.
Outside the villa, there is a huge park, a large swimming pool, a soccer field for two teams of seven players, a tennis court, a children’s play area with a slide and a swing, and a barbecue area near the pool for grilling with friends.
There is a small gym and a private jogging trail through the greenery, ideal for staying in shape. You can also request, as extras, a catering service for occasional meals by the pool in a beautiful setting, a babysitter, and part-time or full-time daily housekeeping.
The property ensures the maintenance of the grounds and the cleaning of the pool. House cleaning and linen changes are provided weekly. There are no additional costs for guests staying more than seven days.
Villa REA is nestled in the greenery of the Val di Vara, offering a deeply relaxing sense of peace and tranquility.
At the same time, it’s just 20 minutes from the center of La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, and the shopping district. If you prefer, you can visit the sandy beach at Lerici or the breezy beach at Portovenere by boat or car.
Within an hour, you can reach incredible destinations in Tuscany such as Sarzana, Massa Carrara (I recommend visiting the marble quarries), Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pisa, and Florence. To the west, in addition to the Cinque Terre, you can visit the gems of Liguria: Portovenere, Levanto, Sestri Levante, Santa Margherita, Rapallo, Portofino, and Genoa.
Genoa and Pisa each have an airport.
In the summer, there are many interesting festivals and shows in various towns throughout the area.
