Lovely & Relaxing Stay

If you are looking for a spacious and very stylish villa, rent this one! We stayed for a week with three families with two children each, and two individual travellers. The property is so large that you can have solitude even when travelling with 14 people. In addition to the bedrooms, it has multiple dining and sitting rooms so your folks can spread out. It has a football field, table tennis & pool which was very much appreciated by the six children. The host and her support are lovely, responsive and helpful. The surroundings are quiet, small villages with rustic and artisanal restaurants.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis dans cette villa. La propreté et les équipements étaient au rendez-vous. La piscine, le terrain de football et le court de tennis sont très agréables. Très bon emplacement pour visiter les Cinque Terres, à 20 min de La Spezia en voiture. De plus, il y a une pizzeria avec des pizzas très goûteuses à seulement 400m de la villa. Merci à Sonja d’avoir répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions pour l’organisation de notre séjour, ainsi qu’aux personnes qui s’occupent de l’entretien de la villa qui nous ont permis de passer un super séjour. Je recommande !

Amazing house for large group

Our group of 16 spent a fabulous week at this great house. We were 3 families, with 6 adults and 10 children and there was plenty of room for us all. We spent many hours lazing by the beautiful pool or playing games in the water and the children really enjoyed the soccer pitch and tennis courts. We cooked many meals at the house and there is plenty of seating space whether indoors or at the beautiful shaded tables outdoors. Our hosts - Sonja and Giovanni were great. From the moment we made the booking Sonja was quick to answer any questions we had. Just before our arrival there was a huge storm that caused quite a bit of damage to the exterior of the property but Giovanni and his team got it all cleaned up in no time at all and also repaired the WiFi that was also damaged by the storm. Giovanni was always close at hand and very helpful with any questions that we had. We took a few day trips and visited the beautiful towns in this area of which there are so many to chose from! We had a fun afternoon in Lucca, riding bikes along the city wall and exploring this fabulous town. A couple of nights we walked just down the street to the fantastic pizzeria where we had the nicest pizzas ever! It is truly well worth a visit and the owners are so welcoming even when 16 people just walk in!! Overall I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for space for a large group. It is in such a beautiful area and so easily accessible from any of the larger towns or cities nearby. Thank you Giovanni and Sonja for a holiday that we will all remember!

Großzügige Anlage

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig ... viel Platz sich mit 14 Leute auszubreiten ... bei über 30 Grad C Hitze täglich, hatten die Klimaanlagen im Haus leider zu kämpfen alle Schlafräume kühl zu halten ... waren aber überhaupt froh Klimaanlage zu haben. Anlage sehr Privat, etwas fern ab, bietet aber viel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb 20 Minuten. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Piza, Lucca oder Cinque Terre. Eigentümer sehr Hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.

Fantastic Villa and exceptional host!

I highly recommend renting this property to anyone looking for a spacious villa with wonderful owners. The villa is awesome and owners, Sonja and her father Giovanni,(Johnny) were extremely attentive to all our needs. I rented it for 15 days for 15 people & we were all very comfortable and happy with the accommodations. We slept very well with peace and quiet, cross breezes and air conditioning. We traveled by car to LaSpezia train station most days and visited Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and attended the Palio in Sienna. Johnny assisted us with everything we asked of him- from restaurant reservations when we couldn't make our own, to wine tour reservations, and a tour and tasting at Olio Moro olive oil. We spent 3 restful days at the villa in-between our sightseeing escapades and used the pool, bikes, tennis court, soccer field, and ping pong table. We hired a chef to cook and had a delicious 5 course meal served by the pool. We cooked steaks on the grill after Johnny drove us to the best place to purchase beef. Johnny would briefly stop by most mornings to make sure we didn't need anything, and if we did, he went way out of his way to get it for us. I can't thank him enough for all that he did to make our stay at the villa perfect. And in the months leading up to our trip, Sonja answered my way too many questions by email and provided me with detailed day trip suggestions, maps, and all the information I asked of her. This was an incredible vacation that my guests and I will never forget. We all want to come back and rent the Beverino villa again some day. It felt like our home away from home. Thank you Sonja and Johnny for everything! It was PERFECT!! We will see you again some day, I'm sure. Bev

We absolutely loved this beautiful villa!

Luxurious interior and stunning grounds and views, this property was the perfect villa for our family vacation! All the comfort, amenities and beauty we were looking for, and very easy access to the surrounding Cinque Terre villages!! Love this place and will certainly be back!

Large luxury villa

A really nice villa with spaciuos rooms and a huge garden with a tennis court, fotball field and a large pool. We really enjoyed our stay and the hostes Mr Gianni and Mr Franco took care of us in all aspects.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa REA. Beautiful house and garden and superior hospitability.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautifil Villa REA! Villa REA is the perfect place for a big family or group of people to spend a nice holiday. The house is spatious and beautiful with several outdoor terrasses with both sun and shade. The garden is well kept and we enjoyed the big pool, tennis court and football field. The property is situated very nicely for making day trips with easy access to go in all directions. The propert has hospitable owners and the service is outstanding. Everyone in our 15 person company highly recommends Villa REA!
