This self contained studio is a stones throws away from the beach, in the valley of Millendreath.

The studio has a large room with double bed, dining table and 2 chairs, small sofa, a small log burner and smart TV. En-suite shower room and fully equipped kitchenette, with fridge, electric oven and microwave.

The apartment has its own access down from a concrete stairway outside. a small travel cot or 1 child's bed can be set up on request.

The south facing beach is a short down slope walk, which at low tide has pleasant soft sands and numerous rock pools to explore. The beach hosts a seasonal bar, bistro and water sports hire. A five minute drive to the beautiful fishing village of Looe, 10 minutes from Polperro, Seaton and Downderry all with beautiful beaches and lots of dog friendly walks, with many restaurants, pubs and cafes (we recommend you book restaurants early at busy times of the year to avoid disappointment.

There are also many boat trips from Looe harbour.
The monkey sanctuary is a short walk, there are many activities nearby Adrenalin Quarry, golf club easy access to Eden Project, The lost gardens of Heilgan and many other attractions.

However long you decide to stay, you can be sure of a wonderful location, unforgettable views and a trip to remember.

The property is accessed through the front door into a long light airy hall, the 1st door off the hall on your right-hand side, leads to a spacious king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has an over bath shower, the bedroom also enjoys its own tv.
Further along the hall is hanging space for coats and shoes, also with a separate cloakroom and broom cupboard.

The back bedroom enjoys a beach and sea views from the large side window, with a super king bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds, it has its own spacious en-suite shower room and smart TV.

The main living area enjoys an open planned fully fitted large kitchen, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Gas hob and electric oven a microwave, off the kitchen you have a large dining room which includes an 8 seated dining table a large sofa overlooking stunning sea views, with sliding doors to a large balcony area with undercover seating, which the whole family can sit and relax while enjoying the beautiful sea views and stunning sun sets.
The lounge enjoys a comfortable seating area for 6 people with large smart T.V. The front aspect window overlooks the sea, to the side is bi-fold doors again opening onto the large balcony, which you can also access from the dining room.

The 1 bedroom Studio apartment is accessed at the back of the property down concrete steps into a large bedroom, with a double bed, en-suite shower room, it also features a small 2 place dining table and chairs, with a small sofa in front of a log burner and smart TV.
