Flint Cottage is a very high standard holiday home in a fantastic location, making it a perfect choice for a family holiday or for friends looking to book together. Located in the highly sought after village of Stiffkey which is near the coastal path, has a foodie village pub and the Stiffkey Stores which also has with a sheltered courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a coffee and some delicious cake. Just a few miles along the coast are the huge sandy beaches of Holkham & Wells-next-the Sea, and the next village Morston Quay offers seal trips out to Blakeney Point.

The cottage has a gravel driveway to its entrance allowing for car parking, and enjoys a lovely rear garden set out in two sections; an enclosed main garden planted with mature shrubs and flowers, and then through a secure gate to a lovely rear garden on the banks of the River Stiffkey a chalk bed trout stream. There a number of sunny areas to sit or eat alfresco.

The interior is all spacious and light with views to the rear over the River Stiffkey to open countryside beyond.

There is an entrance hall with cloakroom/wc off, a good sized living room overlooking the garden, complete with log burner. Then on to a dining kitchen all being very well equipped. To the first floor there is a main double bedroom with a lovely view and an ensuite shower room, a further double bedroom with views and a third bedroom fitted with double bunk beds. There is a stylish family bathroom.
