This delightful apartment is located in the quiet Sporting Club Rio Grande residence just two km from the golden beaches of Principina Mare which can be reached via a convenient cycle path that runs alongside the beautiful pine forest.



It is located on the first floor (without a lift) and is spread over two levels.



A small entrance leads to the living area on the left and to the sleeping area on the right on the ground floor.

The modern and colorful kitchen - living room, where you also find the washing machine is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave oven and a small TV, as well as a dining table and a comfortable sofa. It faces a beautiful terrace equipped with a mosquito net and furnished with another dining table. The sleeping area on the first floor consists of a spacious double bedroom with windows overlooking the terrace and a bathroom with shower.



From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floor where a nice double bed and a bunk bed are placed in a large room, as well as a second bathroom with shower. This room also opens onto a large terrace furnished with a small table and an umbrella, as well as a small electric barbecue. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.
