Se alquila preciosa casa en un parque de 2 hectáreas en un pueblo tranquilo. Gran espacio de vida: cocina equipada, salón comedor de 30 m2, biblioteca, 2 salas de TV, 3 habitaciones con 2 camas dobles y 2 camas de 90 cm, 2 baños acompañados de 2 W. C separados. También hay una terraza con muebles de jardín, tumbonas y barbacoa necesario.

Casa amplia y enorme parcela. Tranquila y buen lugar para desplazarse a Paris, Disneyland,etc... . Los propietarios muy amables y muy buen trato. Repetiria.

Nice location

The property was dusty, furniture very old with patches so the foam was falling out and by the colour of it it had been like it for years. The paintwork was peeling and we will not recommend this property

Roadtrip from Norway!

As a family we had a nice stay in this old, charming house. There were five of us adults (age 16 -60) who fit nicely in the house. The house is well located as a starting point for day trips to Paris, as well as exploring the surrounding areas. There are many castles a short drive away. We chose to visit Chateau de Vaux le Vicomte, a great castle with a wonderful garden and history - recommended. As I said, the house is old, but everything works as it should and contains everything that our family needed to enjoy ourselves. There is a large, beautiful garden where you can find peace and relax after the day's trip/activity. Inside there is plenty of space, nicely furnished, creaking stairs (charming). Before we arrived we had good communication in English with the host Pascal. He was helpful with many good tips about day trips and what we could visit and spend the days doing. We were in Paris for two days, then we took the train from Trilport, which is a 10-minute drive away. In summary, we had a nice week in this house in Fublaines, would love to come back.

Superb house in a quiet location

Pascal was superb at explaining the house to us. It’s a very versatile property that has lots of history and different rooms to accommodate different staying configurations. We stayed for access for Disney by car and Paris by train - both excellent.

Very nice house and location for Paris and Disney

Lovely characterful house with amazing. very large and well kept garden in a very quiet location. About 20 mins from Disneyland and an hour from centre of Paris by car. Pascal and Beatrice made us feel very welcome and were really nice people, good English communication too. Would happily return again in the future.

Authentiek verblijf in prachtig gebied

Het was een eer om bijna twee weken deel uit te mogen maken van de geschiedenis van dit huis. Het huis heeft vele authentieke kenmerken waardoor je je een landheer of jonkvrouwe waant. De volledig omheinde tuin biedt veel mogelijkheden om te spelen, zitten of zelfs een wandelingetje te maken. Aan het einde van de doodlopende weg is er een speelplaats met voetbalveld, pannakooi en speeltuin voor kleinere kinderen. Voldoende supermarkten op 3 kilometer afstand en voldoende mogelijkheden om uitstapjes te maken. Historisch Meaux, incl. museum over de 1ste wereldoorlog en mooi stadspark incl. strand en speeltuinen. Disneyland op 20 min. afstand, Parijs 30 min met de trein vanuit Trilport (gratis parkeren), Parc Asterix 50 minuten. Helaas was ons verblijf toen ten einde maar ook diverse dierenparken hadden nog tot de mogelijkheden behoort. Evenals wandelingen of fietstochten langs de Marne.

Summer base

We had a great stay, the pictures do not do the property justice as it is very beautiful and spacious inside. We arrived a little early and Pascal was there to greet us and show us around. We stayed for 7 days and used the house as our base to cook while exploring Paris and the local area. There was lots to see and do locally and we had everything we needed to enjoy rainy evenings. Thank you so much for letting us stay at the house we could not be happier!

Highly recommended

House was built by Pascals grandparents and has remained in family ownership. Huge gardens, house is well equipped and is full of original character. Over 2 acres of gardens. Easy drive to Disney and CDG airport. Supermarkets and restaurants close by. Pascal was very helpful in recommending places to see in the area and was a genuine and friendly host.

Everything you could wish for

Everyone has different requirements and expectations from their holiday home and location. For us this ticked every box and exceeded our expectations in all areas. We holiday in various parts of France on a regular basis, we chose this location for its close proximity to Disneyland and to Paris. We chose well, short journey to Disneyland by car and Paris by train. The accommodation was authentically French, lots of space inside and out. We all loved it, especially our 10 year old son. Wonderfully peaceful after the high octane Disneyland and Paris visits. Pascal could not have been more friendly, helpful and attentive, a true gentleman. We look very much forward to our next visit.

Family holiday home

An excellent family house with great access to Paris by train and Disneyland by car. The garden is wonderful for family games. Pascal was very helpful and informative. There was plenty of equipment for cooking although not much worktop space. The lounge/ dining room was excellent for the whole family. the smaller lounge/ library was very attractive. Would have liked a nwer more stable seat in the downstairs toilet. Overall, a great family house and garden.

Lovely French house, oozing charm and character.

We stayed in this lovely, very traditional French house with our family. The grandchildren loved playing football, boule, badminton, etc in the huge, safe garden. We had barbecues in the evening, sitting outside overlooking the lights of Meaux in the distance. The area is very quiet but only about 15 minutes drive from Disneyland. We also travelled to Paris by train from the nearby railway station. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone wishing to visit the area, especially with its proximity to Disneyland and Paris. Nicole's son, Pascal, was wonderfully charming and friendly, even though we arrived quite late at night due to delays on the ferry. We would not hesitate to return to this house should we wish to stay again in the area. Marion & Howard, Derby, UK.

Royale schone woning, veel zitruimtes en een enorme tuin Bedden te klein, versleten matrassen Nauwelijks stopcontacten Zeer slechte wifi, die ook nog eens gelimiteerd was. Kan echt niet meer in deze tijd om met 6 personen 1GB te delen, waarvan een groot gedeelte opgaat aan traag/niet laden. Staat op de site dat er Engels gesproken wordt, maar helaas spreken ze uitsluitend Frans. Met name de laatste 2 erg vervelend, want dat zijn punten waarop je een accommodatie uitkiest.

A lovely relaxing place

Met by Pascal & his mother, who had welcome refreshments for us on arrival. Just what we needed! We were shown around this beautiful house, which had love and attention in every detail. The location was as described, in the village of Fublaines, close to Disney, yet with extensive grounds which gave the feeling of isolation. The house is very well equipped, and Pascal was on hand to assist us when needed. There is plenty of space inside, which meant that we could all have our own space when needed, essential with three adult children! The outside space offered us the chance to share meals together and enjoy the fantastic weather. With the Bastille Day celebrations and France winning the World Cup, this was a lovely holiday that we will remember. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us, and we will hope to return very soon.

Groot huis met veel grond, mooie tuin!

Prettig huis, ruim. Mooie grote tuin rondom. Heerlijk rustig in de natuur en paarden rondom. Vele mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes. In een half uur met trein naar Parijs. Station in Trilport gratis parkeren. 20 min met auto naar Eurodisney. Groot zwemmeer op 30 min afstand. Pascal en Nicole, heel erg bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en alle uitgebreide informatie! Lovely house in a quiet setting

We were delighted with our stay at this property, it is a very traditional house but with with some nice modern touches with a new kitchen and bathroom. The large safe garden was fantastic for our children who spent hours playing in it. The house is in the very quiet village of Fublaines but only a few kilometres from a supermarket, 10 minutes to the Museum of the great war, 20 minutes easy drive to Disneyland Paris, 40 minutes to Provin with its lovely medieval castle, and an easy 3 hour drive to Calais. We were met on arrival by the owners Mme Belhomme and her son Pascal who explained everything clearly and could not have been more helpful. A lovely quiet property which has everything you need for a relaxing holiday but close enough to all of the areas many highlights. We can't wait to return one day.

Séjours excellent

Excellent accueille. Maison très spacieuse, très bien équipées. Calme totale, idéale pour entreprises et pour familles nombreuses, très grand jardin très bien entretenu. Maison idéale pour toutes saisons, équipées de chauffage central pour les mois les plus froids. Et table de jardin, transats, barbecue, ect.. pour les mois les plus chauds. Propriétaires très sympathiques, et à l’écoute de toutes subjections pouvant améliorer le séjour.
