Welcome to your stylish city-centre retreat in Norwich, a contemporary two-bedroom apartment that combines comfort with convenience, making it an ideal base for both business and leisure travellers.
We are a family-run corporate letting and serviced accommodation business who pride ourselves on offering the guest everything they need for an enjoyable stay whether it be for business or for pleasure.
We are very experienced and professional, the level of interaction is decided by you.

As super hosts, we are available as you need us, we love answering questions and providing recommendations and we have a brilliant house manual for those who prefer to explore for themselves.
You are set in the heart of Norwich centre, you walk out of the building and up some steps onto a road full of cafe's bars and shops.
It's a short 2-minute walk to the Norwich lanes where you can find the popular Grosvenor Fish Bar, which is a traditional fish and chip shop, with a twist.
After a quick lunch, we suggested exploring one of the oldest, most fascinating buildings in Norwich - Strangers' Hall.

The sleek, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals with ease, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a full set of cookware. The adjoining dining space is perfect for enjoying meals together or setting up a laptop for remote work.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with plush double beds, high-quality linens, and ample storage space for your belongings. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
Master Bedroom: Enjoy the added convenience of an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, making your stay even more comfortable.
Second Bedroom: A bright and cosy space with a comfortable double bed, ideal for a restful night’s sleep.

For those travelling by car, the property includes a secured parking garage, offering peace of mind and easy access.
Note: Please note that larger or long wheelbase vehicles may find it a tight fit. If you're unsure whether your vehicle will fit comfortably, there's a convenient public car park just a 3-minute walk away, offering an easy alternative.

As with any central location, there may occasionally be some evening sounds from nearby restaurants and their evening clear-down. Most guests say the unbeatable location more than makes up for it.

However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.
And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.
