Church View is a 1st/2nd floor duplex apartment resting in Lyme Regis, Dorset and can sleep four guests in two bedrooms.

In the summer months the restaurant operates as a bar with background music on Thursday/ Friday/Saturday 5 - 10.30pm.
Washer/dryer is located in the outhouse.
There are external steps to access the apartment, with a handrail on both sides. This may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. The steps inside the property are steep and also may not be suitable - please consider before booking.
The outside area is not for use with this apartment.
Amenities: Gas heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer. 2 x TV, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: One parking permit for Woodmead Halls car park on Hill Road (no allocated space) within 5 minutes walk of the property, subject to availability
Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
