An attractive split-level apartment resting right in the centre of Lyme Regis in Dorset and sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 x Parking permit for the NCP Lyme Regis Pitthouse car park, which is opposite the property. Outside terrace and balcony, patio furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Children must be supervised at all times on the outside terrace and steps. Note: There are a number of steps leading to the property so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Car parking subject to availability. Note: Please note that the rear lower balcony is currently out of use due to awaiting installation of new refibreglassing which is due to be scheduled for the Autumn.

Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
