This charming flat in Porto offers the space and comfort you need for a perfect stay. The flat has two well-equipped bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, accommodating up to four people. The living room is an inviting space to relax and socialise. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. The flat also offers two full bathrooms for your convenience. Enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. The building has a lift. Ideal for families, couples, or business travellers, this flat is the perfect base for exploring the city of Porto.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire flat, including the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and much more. The flat is completely private.
The Neighborhood:
The flat is located on Rua do Bonjardim, a central street in the heart of Porto. Just a few steps away, only a 5-minute walk, is Porto City Hall and the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, the heart of the city. A few metres away, enjoy excellent restaurants such as Vaccarum and Almeja, perfect for a memorable meal. Explore the vibrant Rua de Santa Catarina, the historic Praça da Batalha, the imposing Sé Cathedral, the charming São Bento Station and the picturesque Praça da Ribeira, all within walking distance. For shopping and daily necessities, supermarkets are conveniently located on Rua de Sá da Bandeira, about 250 metres away. The Trindade paid car park is just 2 minutes away. To explore the city, the Trindade metro station, with access to the entire transport network, is 300 metres away.
Getting Around:
We offer a transfer service upon request (price upon enquiry) to make your journey more comfortable. The property is conveniently located with easy access to an extensive public transport network.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
In case you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.
If you're thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you're bringing more than one, please contact us.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses up to €190. If these expenses exceed that amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow entry of a collaborator for property inspection, whenever requested by the host, and monthly visits for this purpose are expected.
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request).
You may also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning, upon request (price upon request).
If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
