The Space:

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the flat, including the bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Enjoy all the amenities, such as bed linen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipped with coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and utensils. The apartment also offers a balcony, iron, hairdryer, and heating. Located on the 1st floor, with a lift, in the centre of Porto, close to everything.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the vibrant Praça de Carlos Alberto, the apartment is immersed in a lively atmosphere, surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants offering diverse dining experiences. Just a few steps away, you will find the University of Porto, a historical and cultural landmark of the city. Explore the charming shops on Rua Carlos Alberto for unique shopping and visit the famous Livraria Lello, a must-see attraction. The Galerias Paris, known for its nightlife, is also within walking distance. The privileged location allows easy access to Porto's most emblematic tourist attractions, making your stay unforgettable.



Getting Around:

For a hassle-free arrival and departure, you can request our transfer service (price on request). The flat is well connected to the public transport network, with easy access to buses and the underground. For those arriving by car, there is paid parking nearby. The nearest underground station is a short walk away, providing quick access to the airport and city centre.



Other Things to Note:

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!



The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case of losing the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If these costs exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
