Suite Hibiscus es verdaderamente un paraíso de jardín de Villa en una ubicación privilegiada de Vallarta. Esta comunidad segura y cerrada se encuentra a 1 cuadra de la playa, a 2 cuadras del famoso puerto ya poca distancia de varios restaurantes y tiendas. Este espacioso condominio de 1,161 pies cuadrados de segundo piso cuenta con 2 camas y 2 baños. Exclusivamente, tiene dos balcones privados. Uno da a la piscina, y el otro abre a ambos dormitorios a través de grandes puertas correderas. La cocina recién remodelada cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos. Cuando entras, disfrutarás de la vibrance de Hacienda viviendo con toques modernos. El dormitorio principal con cama king size tiene un baño totalmente remodelado con encimeras de mármol. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas dobles con un baño recién remodelado. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.

Great location and well equipped house

Everything from our first conversation with the owner to our final check out was very comforting. Our stay was short but we certainly would try to stay here again.

A Taste of Ol’ Mexico Among the High Rises

We enjoyed the Mexican decor of our place and the friendly fellow travelers who gathered around the pool when not venturing into the sights and occasions of Puerto Vallarta and it’s Malecon, nearby jungle excursion and many experiences on the Sea of Cortez. Our goal of touring among the breeding whales was more than successful. We arrived tired and found our Vrbo a perfect hiding spot from the turmoil of our other life.

The complex and condo was clean and well maintained. Pool was great and areas around pool were clean. Would recommend this property.

Great Accommodation

Everything about this stay was excellent form the communication with the owner, the price and the location. It is not a resort but rather a small complex of 16 units mostly snowbirds and some Mexicans. It is well maintained and very clean. It is 50 Meters from the beach and walking distance to a convenience store, larger grocery store and restaurants It is a great place for family with teenagers to stay, there are two bathrooms and full kitchen. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Mary was very communicative and extremely accommodating when we needed anything. Our hot water wasn't working properly and Mary took care of it right away, making every effort to make our stay comfortable.

Perfect!

After just two days we looked to see if we could book again next year but unfortunately our dates were already taken. This property is in an excellent location with easy beach access and an easy walk for groceries. The owner was very responsive and access to the unit was an easy self check in. We have stayed at a lot of condos in PV the last 9 years and this was the best. Lots of friendly people in the complex that return every year. If you are looking for comfort with a Mexican flavor this is it.

Wonderful little villa

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect, the beach across the street pretty well, great restaurants around. The first day we noticed the blender was cracked and Mary had a new one delivered the next day. Mary was wonderful to deal with, Rene the go-to guy was amazing, can’t wait to come back.

A little piece of paradise

What's there not to like. Location is close to shopping close to the marina close to the casinos with an oxxo across the street the beach a short hike away a taxi stand across the street. The groundskeeper is a Saint he helped in so many differant ways.We will be back!!!!! Bruce and Connie M

Great place and location

All was as advertised. Would have liked to know that the Chedraui store was so close, we would have avoided Walmart and saved the taxi fare if we knew that. Also, a small thing but would be nice if ice trays were filled before we arrived. The place was clean and tidy and Rene does a great job with upkeep of the property.

A beautiful spacious condo with a great location

Thank you Mary for a great stay in PV! The condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed - including beach chairs and an umbrella! We enjoyed going to Playa de Oro and the umbrella came into good use :) The location of the condo also allowed us to easily visit the Malecon board walk and downtown area. Mary was very responsive and helped answer all our questions. She was also very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time in PV and we look forward to visiting in the future!

Great place! Very clean and very nice complex and location. I would suggest taking a look at the curtain directly above the room with the large bed. Kept falling off. Very nice condo. It would have been really nice to have some salt and pepper already there, maybe some olive oil. We loved this place and would gladly stay here again! Thank you for everything.

Short Two Day Stay

On our last two days in Mexico, staying first in Bucerias, then Sayulita, we wanted to stay a couple of days closer to downtown PV and some of our favorite places to see and eat. This unit worked great for our purpose. The unit is spacious, very clean and well equipped. Pool area was vas very nice. You are a short walk to the beach are and the complex is located close to restaurants, shopping and short Taxi to the older part of Puerto Vallarta. Many of the guests we talked to come every year and stay for several weeks. Everyone seemed very happy with this complex.

Beautiful Quiet place

Has all the amenities. Quick reply if anything needs repair. AC was leaking. Fixed right away. Comfortable stay. Good size with adult children. Nice kitchen. Had beach chairs and umbrellas and very short walk to the beautiful beach. Short walk to grocery store as well. Beautiful Heated pool. Within reasonable distance from main attractions like Malecon and Vallarta Adventures. Gated condo complex with beautiful maintained vegetation oasis. We used Uber to get around. Will book again in the future! Attentive host who cares!

No information given for details: where to dump garbage, tv instructions, where to go/how to go such as location of buses, no dry products like toilet paper, garbage sacks, or paper towels, dull knives, no hot water in kitchen when we arrived , no hot water for showers on departure date🙁 extra towels would have been nice. Apartment itself was nice.

Nice but..

Renee the gentleman that helps with the property was awesome. Not fond of the info from the owner/manager as they said the property would be fine for people who are mobility challenged. I fond the stairs to be an issue and the pool to be too unsafe to enter.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 9 days and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. It was a nice, quiet gated complex. Our condo suite had everything we needed for our time there - kitchen appliances and dishes, beach towels and chairs, bathroom linens, etc. We were able to have breakfast at “home” everyday and even make our own coffee (had to purchase items from the grocery store.) Being on the end unit by the street you could hear some bigger trucks driving by at night and some of the night life but nothing too crazy. It was a great location for beach access and the gentleman there taking care of the grounds was so friendly. One thing to maybe ask is when they change the gate code. We couldn’t get in one day because the code was changed while we were out but luckily there was another resident by the pool who let us in. Overall this was a great place to stay in for our first off resort vacation and we would definitely book here again.

Great Place Close to Everything

From the time I hit enter to book the place till the day we left everything was great.I have never had a call with in a half hour of booking from the owner to introduce herself.The place was super clean, beach chairs and umbrella for the times we went to the beach. Did i mention only 2 minute walk to beach.Great pool on the property I expected it to be very cold and to be honest it was warm and very refreshing.Was very surprised there was a safe in the room but a great added bonus.The whole time we stayed there never felt unsafe at all.Hoping to book there again real soon.Adam
