Great ocean views

Location is good, just a few yards from the ocean, watch sunrise from spacious balcony, views are breathtaking. Underground parking available. Condo was clean & all necessary things were available to make our stay comfortable. Overall A+

Winter vacation

Our stay was great... the only complaint was the early awakening from the construction crew for a few days. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic and easy access to the beach and pool. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful condo clean, nicely decorated and great location

Wonderful place to stay. Great view, clean , nicely decorated, and stocked with everything you need. Al was a pleasure to work with and he checked in on me during the hurricane. Condo is solid and has hurricane doors that provided much safety. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Wonderful Beach Condo

Loved this condo. Right across A1A to the beach. The condo is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and beach towels. The weather did not cooperate this year though. I loved sitting in the livingroom, drinking my morning coffee while watching the waves crash on the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Great proximity to many things and places.

The sunrises were awesome and a great view of the ocean. It isn't in the middle of touristy things which made it less congested as far as people and the beach. A1A is between the condo and the ocean, and there is traffic noise outside, but a tradeoff for being right on the ocean.

Fun time at Ocean Watch!

The Condo was very clean comfortable and close to just about everything. The owners responded quickly to any questions. The view and access to the ocean is spectacular. Made many friends around the pool during our 3 week stay.

Great place to stay for Daytona 500

Our 3 night stay was very nice. Very clean and spacious living area. Good location for sunrise photos. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Great pillows. Would recommend staying here.

Cute Beachside Condo

We really enjoyed wonderful weather and our stay at Mike and Linda's condo. The condo's location was great for us, since it was located near the golf course's we enjoy, and afforded us the opportunity to walk in the neighborhood, as well as on the beach.

Your condo was exactly how advertised. Had a little problem with the code for the elevator, it didn’t always want to work on the first try. And, to register a rental vehicle was a little problem, as office was closed when we arrived, closed Sunday, then note on the door Monday morning. Called the number on the note to register vehicle. Overall, great stay. We would definitely stay at your place again.

OMG the view from the balcony is beautiful

Mike and Linda was great they described everything perfect... It's away from all the foot traffic in Daytona....I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Girls getaway

When we arrived we immediately were able to get into our room and start our vavation. Everything was very clean and organized. The description was spot on and we didn't have to worry about anything. The pool toys and beach equipment was an added bonus that we didn't have to purchase or pack. I would definitely stay here again.

Look no further, Perfect condo!

I have been to Ormond by the Sea several times (at least 8) but this was my first time using VRBO and renting this unit. This condo is an excellent value! The owners were very accomodating, we made special arrangments to check in early as our flight arrived early. The owners made the check in process super easy and the key was awaiting us in the lock box on the door when we arrived. This condo is on the second floor, easily accessible (via stairs or elevator) to beach, pool, parking garage. This unit has an assigned parking spot in a covered garage. There are several nice, local restaurants just a few short miles away. Publix Grocery is a few miles away. The owner leaves a list of their favorite places on the refrigerator as well as the check in, etc processes! The condo itself was fully furnished. The condo had extra linens, bath towels and beach towels. There is a storage closet full of pool noodles, beach chairs, sand buckets and supplies that you have full access to with the rental. This was very impressive to us! Also, in the unit's kitchen, there was plenty of paper plates, ziplocks and storage to make taking snacks down to the pool super easy. Although we spent most of our time outside the unit, it was wonderful to come in in the evenings and tune in to cable TV, Netflix or Hulu (the owner leaves instructions on how to work the three TVS - one in living room and one in each bedroom). The balcony has two high top chairs and two regular chairs. We enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings watching from the balcony. I really couldn't ask for a better beach front rental in Ormond by the Sea. Try out this unit, you will not be disappointed! I thank my lucky stars that the owners decided to share their beautiful home!

Enjoyed the view and the privacy on the balcony. The condo was very nice, beds were super comfy, and plenty of room for the kids. Will return to this unit. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Exceeding expectations

Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Communication was excellent. We took our two year old son with us and they even had toys in the storage closet for playing on the beach. Everything was stocked up from the linens to the Ice cube trays being filled. I have nothing bad to say about the condo or the managers. Thank you for everything and we will more than likely revisit.

Great Stay

Clean well equipped property on 2nd floor. Beautiful ocean view. Comfortable new beds. Owners quick to respond. Some great extras are the 3 TVs, Bluetooth speaker, Keurig and lots of beach equipment in great condition. We would stay here again.

Great getaway

We were looking for a place to take my 94 year mother who loves the ocean. This was it. She was able to sit on the balcony, or even sit in the living area and enjoy seeing the ocean. She had her own bathroom and bedroom with a tv in it. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We were not able to book far in advance and the owner make it possible for us to stay on very short notice. When looking for a getaway again we will certainly see if this unit is available.

Nice Relaxing Vacation

The condo was very nicely decorated and everything was very clean! Each bedroom had a closet with plenty of room for personal belongings. The Condo was well furnished with everything from dishes, pots and pans, a keurig coffee pot and crockpot to beach toys for kids. We also used the Sofa bed in the living room. Once we were connected to the wi-fi it was okay, but we did experience some trouble using the instructions that were provided and had to contact the Condo owner who promptly helped us figure it out. Ormond-By-The-Sea is a quiet area that doesn't have many places within walking distance. Lots of things to do but you need to drive. The recommendations from the Condo owners for nearby places to eat were great and we took advantage of that knowledge. Although not within their control, the beach was my only disappointment. As previous reviewers had mentioned, the condo is across the street from the beach. I was hoping the road wouldn't be that busy but the non stop traffic was noisy and prevented anyone from sitting quietly on the deck. Although in fairness to everyone's expectations, my sister who is used to hearing heavy traffic noises didn't mind at all. The beach itself was also narrow unlike the beaches at Daytona & New Smyrna. The Condo itself was nearly perfect. Any concerns we had were well beyond the control of the Condo owners.
