External Description



Villa Boscone is a typical Tuscan villa located in the countryside between Gambassi Terme and Castelfiorentino, in the province of Florence.

Surrounded by 42 hectares of vineyards and olive trees, it boasts a lovely garden with lawn, flowers and a lounge area, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the Tuscan landscape. Inside the garden there is a brick barbecue, a children\'s play area and several gazebos equipped with dining tables.

The outdoor areas are embellished by a beautiful pool (14 x 7 m), open from May to the end of September, equipped with parasols and deck chairs.

Lastly, at guests\' disposal an uncovered private parking (for about 10 cars), and a charging point for electric cars.



Internal Description



The entire property consists of the main building and a dependance (made from an old barn), and can sleep up to 30 people, has 14 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Internally Villa Boscone has been divided into 8 comfortable apartments, of different sizes, able to accommodate both families and couples. Each apartment is equipped with: Internet Wifi, a bathroom with shower, a dining table, a sofa, and a kitchen (with microwave, refrigerator, stove, kettle and coffee machine). All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. A baby cot, 2 camping beds (for children aged 2-3 years), and 3 high chairs are available upon request. Pets are allowed.



Main building: The main building is spread over 2 floors and consists of 6 apartments. On the ground floor there are 3 apartments, all with independent external entrance. More specifically you will find: an apartment with a double bedroom and a twin, and two apartments (each with a double bedroom).

The first floor - accessible by climbing some shared internal stairs - houses 3 other apartments, divided as follows: an apartment with 1 twin bedroom, 1 double, and 1 twin in the loft; an apartment with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin; an apartment with 1 triple bedroom (one double bed + one single bed).



Dependance: The dependance is set on 2 floors, and is made up of 2 apartments, both with independent entrance and private outdoor area. On the ground floor there is an apartment with 1 triple bedroom (one double bed + one single bed) and 1 double while on the first floor you will find another apartment with 2 double bedrooms.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); event fee (weddings, birthdays etc.): 500.00€. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
