Apartment for 4 people in the historic Palazzo Nanà, in the heart of Naples, just renovated. Perfect for a vacation in Naples or for smart working.

It is located in one of the most characteristic areas of the city, perfect for walking to the points of interest in the historic center and pizzerias (Sorbillo, Da Michele, Trianon, Concettina ai 3 Santi), as well as supermarkets, convenience stores, ATMs, typical stores and pharmacies.
The space
Guests will have access to a nice kitchen with oven, toaster coffee maker. The refrigerator is useful if you want to store some products purchased during your stay.
A washer/dryer is available in the house!


BEDROOMS
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms.
Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
In each room there is a large and comfortable bed.
Always in the room: mirror, coffee table, closet, coat rack, bedside tables and lights.
The two bedrooms have a balcony.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is right next to the bedrooms. We provide free toiletries, hair dryer, toilet paper, carpets and towels.
Bath products are: shampoo and body soap.

CLEANING
We clean the apartment before check-in, paying special attention to sanitizing with special products!

WI-FI
The house is connected with Wi-Fi internet with excellent download (141Mb) and upload (178Mb) speeds.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
The apartment has an air conditioning unit that you can control. It also works as heating. As a result, you will be comfortable no matter what your expectations are.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome.

SENIORS
Great for seniors. The apartment is located on the 5th floor but is fairly easy to get to by elevator!

VIEW AND FLOOR
The apartment is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator, so you won't have to walk up the stairs!
As you can see in the photos, there is a nice view of the street.

CHECK-IN
Once you arrive, you will meet me or my colleagues. They may ask you to show some documents, due to the Italian security law.

NOISE
The apartment is extremely quiet and there is no noise.
There is no traffic, as we are not on a particularly busy street.
The doors and windows are of good quality.
You will sleep well!

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The building is very secure. There is guard service during most of the day. Inside the apartment, you will find a first aid kit.

Q: Does the bathroom have windows?
A: No, but the ventilator is new and works very well.

The apartment is on the fifth floor (there is an elevator in the building)
Arrivals after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 15.
Arrivals after 23:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 30.
All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.

Below the building there is metro line 1, DUOMO STOP.
In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.
