Se le dio el nombre de Alba (que significa amanecer), por su claridad, por ser inmaculada, flamante, intacta...



Las ventanas correderas dejan pasar mucha luz natural y proporcionan una conexión entre el interior y el exterior, cuya continuidad prolonga la casa hasta el jardín, salpicado de palmeras y arbustos.

Esta villa adosada, de líneas modernas, tiene un diseño contemporáneo, una decoración minimalista y es rica en detalles y originalidad.

El ambiente es acogedor e invita a relajarse y a disfrutar de cada minuto que se pasa aquí.



El corazón de la casa es la sala de estar, que casi toca la piscina, separada sólo por un cristal y que brilla por su frescura.

El comedor exterior y su barbacoa son perfectos para los aperitivos de verano, especialmente el pescado a la parrilla, que se puede comprar fresco en el mercado del pueblo.



Con una amplia franja de playa a poca distancia en coche y la capital a media hora, este es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la belleza de la costa de Lisboa.

I celebrated my 30th birthday here with 10 of my friends and it was the best experience I could’ve asked for. Between the host and the property management team, I truly felt so welcome. Everything was clean, there was constant communication, the bathrooms and bedrooms were super clean and spacious, the WiFi moved fast, the backyard was gorgeous, honestly there were absolutely no complaints. My stay here was PERFECT. Thank you so much for all the accommodations and constant communication. I only wish I could’ve stayed at the villa longer!! 24/02/26

Great villa with nice rooms and a beautiful garden. Fernanda was a great hostess, very helpful and responsive before and during and our stay. A lot of Ubers available in the neighbourhood, so getting to the city center and the beach was really easy.

The location is perfect because you have many sport (Paddel, Golf, tennis) activities around, the beach is 8 min with the car and the ride to the centre of Lisboa is 25 min. Our stay was absolutely perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The Villa was exactly as described, walking distance to local shops and a short drive to the beach. The Villa was brilliant for large group bookings. Every bedroom comes with its own bathroom allowing for lots of privacy. Thoroughly recommend for large groups!! Earlier check in would be a good option.

The Villa was impeccably clean and well equipped. We used Ubers to get around, which was super convenient and not expensive. The beaches and beach bars close by are gorgeous. The villa was lovely and very clean! The communication was excellent, I received messages prior to arriving and could message at anytime during the stay. Plenty of room for a large group, but would note that it is in a residential area and you are joined to next door, so you need to be quiet after 11. The projector was a lovely addition and was easy when connecting our phone and watching TV. At peak times of traffic it was taking over an hour to get into Lisbon centre but taxis were fairly cheap so as long as you leave enough time it was absolutely fine. More mirrors for getting ready would of been nice :) I would definitely book again with family. 21/09/25

Beautiful house!!

The house was incredible. Booked the place for a group of 12 international guests. We all loved the space because the rooms were spacious, each bedroom had an en-suite, perfect for entertaining and love the location which is 10 min taxi to the beach and 30 min to lisbon city so you get the best of both worlds. Host was great!

We had an amazing stay at this house! Check in was smooth and check out was also smooth. They even let us check in early! The house itself is perfect for a large group but the best feature (outside is the pool and everyone having a private bathroom) was how SOUND PROOF the bedrooms were! We couldn’t hear anyone downstairsin their bedrooms. Location was a little far from town but ubers were always available within 5-10 minutes! All in all would highly recommend and was great for the value and space!

My group of 9 adults enjoyed everything and every moment in this home. It's as good, if not better, than the pictures, gorgeous! Super clean and well taken care of. The house manager was very responsive to any need or request we had. The benefit of having a bathroom in every bedroom cannot be understated. We were very sad to leave.
