Cheerful and modern one bedroom home with parking - Pass the Keys
About this space
Cheerful, modern, light and airy one-bedroom home, with parking and private garden. The house is located within a 5-minute drive from Shrewsbury hospital and is within easy reach of the A5 bypass.
The historic town of Shrewsbury is a 10-minute drive, with its Tudor timber buildings, quaint back streets, independent shops and a huge abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes to suit all tastes.
Or if you would rather take in the stunning views of the Shropshire hills are within a short drive.
The space
Downstairs there is a sitting room, with SMART TV and Bluetooth speaker, leading through to a kitchen the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Patio doors out into a south-facing private garden area, ideal for that early morning coffee or late afternoon drink.
Upstairs we have one bedroom with double bed and newly fitted bathroom with bathtub and shower over the bath.

Guests are welcome to use the whole of the house and garden.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available on request for £20.
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
Supermarkets
From the property, a 5-minute walk is Radbrook Green shopping centre. where you will find a Co-op supermarket and pharmacist. 5-minute drive is Meole Brace shopping centre and there are plenty of shops including Sainsbury's, M&S Foodhall, McDonald's, Costa, Boots and Next.
Local Restaurants
Radbrook Green shopping centre there is the Pub on the Green and also two takeaways. In Shrewsbury there are so many but here are some I like. For more fine dining we would recommend The Walrus or Lion and Pheasant or Hencote has a beautiful view over the town, this is a short drive out of the town. Italian - La Dolce Vita or Osteria Da Paolo. For a good curry The Curry House or Avatar. Pizza - Dough & Oil. The Istanbul Restaurant has a wide selection of charcoal grills. The Olive Tree or Casa Naranjo for Tapas. House of the Rising Sun and The Armoury are always firm favourites, along with Cote. And not forgetting The Boat House, which has a great outdoor space and overlooks the river. Number Four does a great brunch. We also like Hickory's and have a Nando's and a Harvester near the cinema.
Local Attractions
The house is located within a 10-minute drive of the historic town of Shrewsbury. Shrewsbury has over 600 listed buildings from the 16th and 17th centuries. Unfortunately in the 1960s, some historic buildings were demolished to make way for a very different architectural style and I am sure you will spot these buildings. Just remember when you are walking around to look up. A walk past the train station, castle, and old library building is worth seeing. And The Quarry Park, which is a beautiful 29-acre parkland providing the perfect place to relax, enjoy walks, picnic, or play a game of ball with the family. At the heart of the Quarry lies the Dingle, a floral masterpiece cultivated by world-renowned gardener Percy Thrower, who served as Parks Superintendent for 28 years. It's a delightful sunken garden landscaped with alpine borders, shrubbery, and charming water features that is worth a wander around. We also hold many festivals in the Quarry, check to see what is on. Shrewsbury Prison is worth a visit and has featured on many TV series. The Shropshire hills which are an Area of Natural beauty are only a short drive away, easy there is access to Mid Wales. Ironbridge Gorge and Museums. We have Shrewsbury Theatre which has many performances from comedy, dance and live music.
