The shared roof terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Garda is unfurnished - but if you wish, you can take a chair or deckchair from the flat to read a book or just to relax at sunset.

This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, even without a car, because the house is not even 200 m from the lake and the beach.
The heart of the historic centre and the old port of Lazise can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. Pets are not allowed.

Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out at 10 a.m.

Mandatory taxes not included (in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax according to the municipality, per person, and per night (from 14 years old).
- Late check-in: after 7 p.m. will be charged € 30,00 / after 10 p.m. € 50,00.

Optional extras on request (in cash on arrival):
- Bed linen and towels: € 12,50 per person per change otherwise you can bring your own and save money. Advance booking required.
- Early check-in or late check-out is ONLY possible upon request and availability. It can only be communicated two days before arrival/departure, additional costs will apply.
