In front of the living room there is a large terrace overlooking the lake with flowers and plants with a large dining table, a large outdoor lounge and also a barbecue area with another smaller table. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with a very large shower. From this floor you go down to the garage floor where there is the laundry room with washing machine, the large closed garage for 2 cars and the covered garage open for 2 more cars. From the living room floor going up the staircase you reach the first floor where there is a single bedroom overlooking the swimming pool behind the house and a bathroom with shower and the main double bedroom with TV which has a lake view and a beautiful flowered terrace equipped with table and chairs. On the top floor there is a service bathroom without shower and a large lake view room with TV and two queen size beds and a double bed. The house has air conditioning and wifi, the furniture is new.
