Close to the beach and less than 300 mts from the most famous Marina in Portugal, the Vilamoura Marina ! Beautiful in the day and at night, you can't not visit it ! The villa is perfectly located close to the best Golf courses in the whole country, and the most refined restaurants such as Jacinto + Jorge do Peixe we recommended for the taste of typical Portuguese cuisine.

Vilamoura Villa

Very nice villa that has obviously worked hard during the year. Signs of tiredness showed especially in the small pool which had 4/5 holes in the tiled floor under water that were big enough to catch your toes, but obviously there was no way it could be repaired without draining the pool and thoroughly understood that. A floor plan would be very helpful prior to arriving as there is not a lot of details regarding the villa being over 4 floors except for the small print. It would also of helped to of known that the pool area is very small and cannot be used by all of the occupants this villa holds at the same time. Apart from that Isabel the host was very helpful and the apartment was presented in its best condition after a long summer.

Wonderful villa

The villa was lovely and spacious, very modern and well kept. Lots of room for the 8 of us. Outside small and cosy but with the beach 10 mins walk away and the marina 20 mins away we weren't at the villa during the day. All in all a lovely stat and everyone enjoyed it.

Fabulous Villa

We had a brilliant time from start to finish. Lanvin was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. The villa was spotless and it was ideal for our large group of five adults and seven children. The kids lived in the pool, they had such fun. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away and we were only ten minutes walk from the marina. We will definitely book again!

property is ideally situated, in a quiet area but so close to the beach, Marina and bars/restaurant

Great communication from start to finish, booking process was great & meet & greet was fab. Our family of 7 adults @ 2 infants had the best time celebrating my husbands 60th birthday.

2nd time at this property and it is an excellent size and location, it was great again

renting this was easy through VRBO, and the contact with the management team is easy. the management team are great and make things very easy. very accomodating on checkin and checkout. would defo recommned this for families or golf groups.

Great family holiday

After lots of changes in dates due to Covid-19 we got there 7 adults and my 6 month granddaughter, the holiday villa was perfect as gave all the adults the space they wanted, property agent was the best I have ever delt with from sorting the transportation, checking in and out and the villa was excellent, the pool we paid to be heated and was so so good to have that afternoon relax and fun , the living space was perfect , kitchen area is will equipped, located in the best place for walking to beach and restaurants . I will be booking again l.french Cornwall

Fabulous

This villa was perfect. We travelled as a group of 10 and finding such an excellent property with 5 ensuite bedrooms was a huge plus. In the lead up to travelling, Isabel was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries we had. For check in and a query during the week, Andre was also super helpful. As for the property itself, it has everything you need. The kitchen especially is well stocked. It even has the advantage of a gas hob! The laundry room is also very useful. The location is ideal too in a quiet residential area, really close to the beach, a short walk to Vilamoura marina and close to many shops, restaurants and bars. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you, Isabel and Andre.

Family Holiday

I cannot recommend this property enough. with all bedrooms having ensuite, this gave the perfect set up. rooms are all very spacious. the property is well finished and has everything you could want. the pool is a good size the the space available. Visiting in October we chose to have the pool heated, which was a good idea. we had a 18 month old and this meant she could really enjoy without getting cold (and so did the rest of us). The novelty of the basement master bedroom having a window into the pool was a very nice feature and proved entertaining for the kids. We cannot fault the hosts, Osabel and Andre. they communicated fast throughout the booking process and after and were very accommodating. Location is excellent as well. 2 mins from the beach, maybe 5 or so mins to the marina, and 10 mins or so to Quarteira beach. We will definitely look to book here in the future.

Golfholiday at Isabels House in Vilamoura

The house was very suitable for five- six golfers. Location is exellent close to the center, the beach and marina . Close to many good restaurants. After a round of golf it was nice to take a dip in the warm pool. Very good experience and we could come again!

Family trip

Absolutely fantastic villa in a great location very close to Quarteira and Vilamoura Marina. Beach only a 5 minute walk. Large modern villa with all facilities, swimming pool not huge but ideal for the kids. Communication with the property managers were excellent and any issues were answered quickly and efficiently. We we’re there for a week 8 in total and the only thing I would suggest would be a supply of new clean towels through the week as it was difficult to wash and dry all towels in the one day.

Golf holiday with friends

The location was great! Just a few steps to the beach and 5-10min walk to mini market and to harbour, where is everything what you need. A lot of floors sounds bad other than open areas, but actually it brings some privacy for everyone. Every bedroom includes the bathroom, which was nice for group of 9. There is also small pool, if you want to go quick refresh. Childrens could use it also for swimming. One negative issue was that the taxies cannot found easily the place but when we train the route couple of times then we can manage that with drivers. Great villa!

Fab villa

We were a family party of 6 adults & 5 young children and this villa was ideal. The accommodation is on 4 levels, allowing individual family groups to e located together. The villa was clean & comfortable and in an ideal location - within 5 minutes walk to the beach & 10 mins to the marina in Vilamoura. Finally, Andre the property manager, was very helpful with any queries. It’s 10/10 from us!

Could have been improved

A cot was provided for my grandson which was dangerous as it was faulty, my son was awake most of the first couple of nights until replacement provided. Lighting in villa was not adequate despite this being raised as an issue of light bulbs needing replaced. Apart from those points and lack of responsive action from agent, our stay was very good.

Incredible villa

Loved this villa! We will be returning here next year!! The window looking into the swimming pool is a great feature. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to put some furniture on the balcony’s so they can be used

Super villa, super location, great hosts

We had such a super holiday @ Villa Praia! The villa is so well equipped especially in the kitchen. Bedrooms are all crisp and clean like hotel style, en suites have super showers and all modern. Dining area indoor and outdoor are large? As is the indoor seating area. The pool area is small as per photos, but as we were so close to the beach and marina, the benefits of location far far outweighed the small garden. In saying that, the pool was plenty big for the kids playing (and adults) and we often had 6-7 people playing pool games. Andre was great and available on the phone when we had minor queries. Isabel and Andre are great hosts and couldn’t done more for us prior to our arrival, helping with airport transfers & we had multiple arrivals at airport and Loule train station. They organised us all!!! I highly recommend the villa, the location, the hosts!! We would def stay here again!
