The newly refurbished apartment consists of a king size bedroom with en suite shower room, a double bedroom, and a good sized twin bedroom. Each bedroom is beautifully dressed with luxury linen and towels for the highest comfort and relaxation.

The main family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.

Hosting open plan living, the well equipped kitchen-diner is situated next to the light and airy living area with Smart TV and huge windows overlooking the town centre and fells beyond.

There is a utility / drying room next to the main entrance and plenty of space for boots and coats after a day out on the fells.

There is private allocated parking for two cars. Secure bike storage is available on request.

Ideal family holiday apartment in a fabulous central location

Fabulous spacious holiday apartment in the centre of Keswick which slept 5 adults comfortably. All the facilities you need for self catering and the beds were so comfortable. It also has 2 parking spaces included which is an added bonus as parking can be difficult in Keswick . The only negative we found was that the shower in the main bathroom wasn’t the best. Either running extremely hot or very cold and temperature couldn’t be adjusted. However this didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the property. Had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back!!

Very nice apartment in excellent location

Worked well for hiking for our family of 5. Excellent location as could walk to many restaurants and hike out the back door. Booths grocery store has a great selection of high quality foods. Comfortable beds and kitchen had what we needed for breakfast and lunch.

A fabulous girls weekend

The location of the apartment is ideal for everything. Very close to all the amenities & centre of Keswick plus the lakeside path to start walks. Beautifully decorated & everything we needed for a long weekend away. Enough space for 6 people with 2 bathrooms which is always a bonus. Would definitely return.

Lovely stay in central Keswick

We stayed at Park View for a 5 night break in April. We loved the the location of the property which gave us immediate access to Hope Park and was only a short walk to Friar’s Cragg and the launch. The property is well decorated and facilities were excellent - loved having a washer dryer to clean up our walking gear! Kitchen utensils and appliances were in great condition which enabled us to cook a few nights which we like to do. Only issue we encountered were the noisy bin men twice a week, anrriving around 6am! Apart from that we slept well, enjoyed the property and had a lovely time. Would definitely consider staying again.

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location

We or our family have used this apartment on several occasions and everytime we have been delighted with the location, facilities, cleanliness and the little touches that make you feel welcome on arrival. Keswick Cottages always achieve the highest standards in all their properties that we have used. This one is suitable for family groups with good sized bedrooms and excellent showers, en-suite etc. Its location is perfect for access to central Keswick and down to the Lake and having two allocated private car parking spaces avoids all the hassle and cost of parking in the heart of the town. Strongly recommended!

A lovely week at Park View in Keswick.

We had a lovely week staying at Park View Apartment. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, smart tv in each room, and very comfortable. Couldn’t get a better location.

We had a lovely and cozy time

We were all in all very happy with the flat. It is very cozy and mostly well taken care off. It is located right between the center and the lake, but was not noisy at all. Unfortunately, the oven was not working in the beginning, but someone came to fix it right away, when we informed about it. The kitchen has everything one needs. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that we were provided with only one set of keys.

Wonderful Apartment

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is extremely well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The team at Keswick Cottages were brilliant and we are already looking forward to another visit to Keswick!

A well equipped apartment in a convenient location.

Park View is a light, well equipped apartment in a convenient location, close to the centre of the town and within easy reach of the park and lake. On-site parking for 2 cars was much appreciated.

Great place and location in Keswick

This was a very nice unit in the heart of Keswick. A short lovely walk through the park to the lake or to the market area. Keswick Cottages was very helpful and easy to work with leading up to our trip. Would gladly stay here or at another of their units again in the future.

Another perfect stay at Park View

As a regular guest at Park View I have nothing but good things to say. The apartment has a fresh and modern vibe and is well maintained. Great location with the bonus of parking. Keswick has a lot to offer, some great places to eat and drink and on the doorstep of enough peaks and walks. Looking forward to my next visit, which is already booked.

Perfect location in Keswick

We had a lovely weekend at Park View which was perfect for our needs. We have stayed in Keswick many times but this was the best location we have found and having 2 parking spaces was ideal for us. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed being close to Hope Park and the lake. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed a game of Scrabble in the evening. We would definitely come again.

A superb base in Central Keswick

An spacious and very comfortable apartment, in an ideal location. Although central it was quiet. I would certainly recommend it. Be aware, it is up over 25 steps. !

5 night break

First of all the location was great. The apartment it self was quite clean and tidy and a good size for 6 people. The two parking spaces also very handy and made life easier. Before our stay I spoke to the team on the phone a couple of times and also would like to say they were really friendly and helpful. I think the apartment could do with a few additions just to make it that bit more accommodating and functional. We had no bath mats in either bathroom and had to use our allocated hand towels to avoid slipping. This then left us tight on towels. Could also have done with a dustpan and brush. There was a broom but nothing to sweep anything into. There was a hoover but not working that great at all. The bed in the front double room seems smaller than a standard double bed. Me and my husband aren’t big people and feet hanging of the end. It seems like more of a showroom double bed. Aside from that the apartment does have a lot of handy bits included. We were maybe unfortunate during our stay as the fuse box in our lobby area was flashing and beeping with ‘supply fault’ sadly this kept us awake for one of the nights in the bedroom closest to the front door. It was then looked at and turned down but took over 24hrs. On the last night the fire alarm also started beeping every 20secs due to low battery. So another poor nights sleep. Again possibly unlucky but 2 out of 5 nights sleep ruined on a hard earned break is a bitter pill to swallow! I think the apartment was nice and in a great spot but because of all the little things I didn’t think the price to stay here was justified however with a few tweaks it absolutely would be. It literally would just take a few inexpensive things and some attention to detail to elevate it from a 6/7 out of ten to a 9/10.

A Family Holiday at Park View

An excellent property for a multi generational holiday. Spacious, well- equipped and clean. Perfect position for access to town and lake and for wider exploration of Lake District. Very good location for walks of various levels. Parking for 2 vehicles a real bonus. Any problems dealt with speedily by Keswick Cottages. Would highly recommend this property and definitely rebook.

Highly recommended

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Great to have reserved parking for two cars. Well furnished and décor in good condition. Nice kitchen/dining area and lounge. Handy cupboard for coats and shoes plus a separate utility room. Great location in the centre of Keswick surrounded by pubs, bars, restaurants, shops and close to the cinema, Hope Park and the lake. We slept very well on the firm mattress of the master bedroom. The other couple in one of the front bedrooms were a little disturbed by the music from the bar opposite, which is a lovely little bar by the way. I definitely recommend this apartment and would us it again if there are four to six of us staying.

Having the parking spaces is most certainly a bonus. There is a bus stop right outside the property so once your car is parked up you can just hop on the bus if you fancy exploring a bit further afield. Park View Apartment

This is an excellent apartment from which to explore Keswick and the nearby beautiful countryside. We found the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and saucepans. The beds were made up with quality white bedding and there were white towels provided for the bathrooms. There were tv's in the lounge and in the three bedrooms so plenty of choice for a family. Only one negative in that the hot water in the en-suite shower was not constant.

Holiday break

Had a great time in keswick, the apartment is in fantastic position for town centre aswell as walk to the lake . It is spotlessly clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend The management company (Keswick cottages) were brilliant with a problem that arose in the flat They were quick to respond and kept us informed all the way Would definitely recommend this company, there customer service is second to none .

Perfect location

We had a lovely week stay at Park View, location superb and 2 parking spaces which were excellent for our family. We would have liked to have known about the storage huts outside to store my Mothers mobility scooter, however no information was provided for access. We could not find the bin to dispose of the rubbish and welcome and information pack was lacking as this has been replaced with a tablet. All in all a successful visit and no additional issues with the accommodation. Many thanks
