espresso machine, tv, hair-dryer. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Moreover, there is a barbecue in the garden.

The villa in the countryside Trullo Nonna Pina is in a green and lush property. There is a lovely above-ground swimming pool in the garden, with beach beds and porch swing. Moreover, there are a wood-burning oven and barbecue.
The villa is accessible from a spacious porch with wooden covering, sitting area and outdoor dining area.
The main unit of Trullo Nonna Pina consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen and dining table. The corridor leads to the trullo where, in the alcoves, there are two queen-sized beds (120 cm) and a bathroom.
The second unit consists of a living room with kitchen, queen-sized sofa bed (120 cm), double bedroom and bathroom.

Trullo
Nonna Pina is in the countryside of Ceglie Messapica, one of the most
beautiful towns in the Itria Valley, near other beautiful towns such as
Ostuni, Martina Franca and Locorotondo.
There are many town
services in the city centre of Ceglie Messapica, in addition to a
worth-discovering old town centre with many trattorias and  restaurants where you can taste the typical Apulian dishes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The two French beds are 120 cm.
