A homely and relaxing 3 bedroom property with great links to the City Centre, Peak District and numerous parks / woods. The property has been finished to a high standard and is made up of a single bedroom and two double bedrooms (each double bed can be split into two singles). There is also two sofa beds in the living and dining area. The property has one family bathroom with a separate toilet.
The space:
The property is well maintained and has pleasant views of greenery on both sides of the property. The area is nice and quiet yet still has easy access via bus, drive or taxi to the city centre and Ecclesall Road.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire property including garden.
The property is set quite high up and so there's a set of stairs to get to the front door.
