About this space:
In the heart of the fashionable S11 postcode on the south-west side of Sheffield, Berkeley Place is just a short walk to the vibrant and eclectic Ecclesall Road and Sharrow Vale Road areas which enjoy an upmarket selection of independent restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. A convenient base for visiting or working at Sheffield University, Sheffield Hallam University, or many of the Sheffield hospitals.
The space:
Large and brand-new luxury apartment with bespoke kitchen, under floor heating throughout, fibre broadband wi-fi, lift access, external balcony and private parking. The stunning kitchen features an island with seating and high specification integrated appliances including self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, Combi microwave, induction hob, ceiling extractor, fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, Tassimo coffee machine and instant boiling water tap. There are two comfortable and modern bedrooms. One has a king size bed which can be two single beds and the other bedroom has a super king-size bed. There are two modern and airy bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with a large shower cubicle, the other has a shower over the bathtub. The living space has two comfy sofas and a flat-screen Smart TV as well as a dining area. A superb, luxury and fully equipped 2 double bedroom apartment, ideal for a city break or extended stay for a professional, couple or family looking to enjoy this fabulous part of Sheffield and surrounding areas. Strictly no group bookings and strictly no parties. Please note this property is not suitable for those with outdoor pursuits equipment such due to access and storage limitations. Children are welcome, however, please note that the property has not been tailored for babies and young children, and there is an external balcony that children must not use unsupervised.

Popular outdoor spaces are only a short walk away, such as Endcliffe Park and the connected Whitely woods which are only a 13- and 24-minutes' walk away respectively, as well as Chelsea Park and Brincliffe Edge woods just an 8-minute walk away, and Sheffield Botanical Gardens only 20 minutes away. This area is close to the city centre and regular buses will take you there in around 20 minutes or alternatively it is a 10-minute journey by car. If you wish to visit the renowned Peak District there are buses which can take you to Bakewell, Eyam, Edale and Castleton to name a few in 40-60 minutes, or if you have a car, they are a 25-50 minutes' drive away.
Please note these important points:
-The property is not suitable for events/parties and noise must be kept to minimum level especially during night.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited on premises including balcony. Guests will need to leave the premises in order to smoke.
- There is a minute noise meter that measures decibels. If excessive noise persists the deposit will be held and someone will attend the property to make sure noise is kept to a minimum.
