Villino Pepe Rosa is a lovely holiday home for 6 guests in Torre dell`Orso, famous seaside location near Melendugno, on the Adriatic coast. The holiday home is on two floors, equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, outdoor ceiling fans, electric oven, dishwasher, hair-dryer, tv, iron and ironing board and outdoor shower.

The beautiful holiday home is in a residential complex and it`s introduced by a spacious garden with porch, equipped with ceiling fan. Moreover, there is a built-in counter top with sink and the heated outdoor shower.
The holiday home is on two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area, consisting of open kitchen and dining area, 1 room with double sofa bed and half bath with toilet and washbasin.
The staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Villino Pepe Rosa is in Torre dell`Orso,
in a quiet residential complex in the city centre. The seafront
promenade with its services is 600 meters away. Torre dell`Orso is known
for its beautiful beach with pine forest and the legend of the Two
Sisters, two cliffs that characterize the view.
Moreover, the holiday home is close to other seaside locations of Meledugno, awarded for their clean sea, beach establishments and tourist services. One of those is San Foca, which is only 3 kilometers away. The holiday home is also close to the worth-visiting Grotta della Poesia, in the archaeological site on the sea of Roca Vecchia.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare )
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the dining room and in the corridor of the sleeping area.
- The second bathroom  does not have a shower.
- Parking lot assigned to n. 12.
