The
two-floor luxury holiday home has large outdoor equipped areas, ideal
to relax during your holidays in Puglia. On the ground floor there is
the garden with lawn and furnished porch, ideal at lunch or dinner.
On the first floor there is the beautiful 5x3 mt infinity pool
with fantastic view on the Ionian sea, which allows you to enjoy the
exceptional sunsets into the sea. Moreover, on this floor there is a
porch with sofa and another outdoor area with lawn.
The rooms of
Villa Baia delle Sirene are bright and furnished in a contemporary
style. The living room is spacious and a small unevenness divides the
dining room with kitchenette and the sitting room with double sofa bed and smart tv. Moreover, there is a bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor; on the first floor, reachable by stairs, there are the master double bedroom with amazing view, a panoramic balcony and the ensuite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

a panoramic and suggestive area. The seafront promenade of Santa maria
di Leuca, with its bars and services is within walking distance.
Santa Maria di Leuca is the southernmost town in Salento, a lively town which is at the same time elegiac and spiritural. The sanctuary Madonna
de Finibus Terrae is a pilgrimage destination all year long, thanks to
its beauty, its charming lighthouse and the stairs with monumental
cascade of Acquedotto Pugliese.
Moreover, the eclectic villas that embellish the promenade, the beautiful caves on the sea
which can be reached by boat and the tourist harbor which is one of the
most important of Salento. Punta Risolta is the southernmost point of
Puglia and indicates the route and the land to the Mediterranean
sailors.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Living area has a service bathroom.
