This beautiful and elegant villa sits in the most sought-after location on the picturesque island of Mykonos, just minutes away from Psarou Beach and Mykonos Town. From the terrace, guests can enjoy a nearly bird's-eye view over the glistening sea, all the way to the islands of Paros and Naxos. Villa Alfeios's convenient location grants easy access to everything you could need, from sightseeing and retail therapy to lazy moments under the sun at the lovely local beach.

The moment you step inside the front door, the villa looks like the inside of an interior design magazine, with stylish, modern furnishings and bright, spacious rooms. The main villa has, all with luxury, en-suite bathrooms. Throughout the rest of the property, guests will find three independent guest suites, perfect for those seeking extra privacy. Panoramic views fill every window with an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, with the colours of the surrounding landscapes and sea flooding into each room. Wooden ceilings, marbled floors, contemporary artwork and white furnishings bring a cosy and welcoming feel to these spacious rooms.

The ground floor offers the main entertaining space where the whole group can come together and spend quality time. There is a large living room with a fireplace and television, perfect for putting your feet up and relaxing. Villa Alfeios is located a short drive from Psarou Beach where you will find the Nammos Beach Club and Mykonos Town on the beautiful island of Mykonos.

The main advantage is that you spend quiet moments when you need to in the comfort of your private and secluded villa, yet you still have easy access to Mykonos Town (about 5km away). There you’ll find plenty of things to see and do including cultural sites, a host of shops and seaside restaurants. If you want to 'be seen', Paraga Beach with the swanky Scorpios is just under 6km away.

Mykonos is one of the most popular islands in Greece due to its welcoming and cosmopolitan atmosphere, pristine sandy beaches and traditional whitewashed buildings. You can explore Little Venice – quaint buildings right on the water’s edge – vibrant Matoyianni Street with boutique and Instagram-worthy shops – and take some photos of the iconic windmills in Mykonos Town. For a cultural visit, there’s the Aegean Maritime Museum and the historic church of Paraportiani.

In Mykonos Town, you can stroll along the narrow streets and browse the beautiful buildings and shops. When you’re peckish or thirsty, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and fantastic sunset bars for drinks. Look out for traditional Moussaka and the perfect Greek lunch, Gyros. Many more sandy spots, including Platys Gialos Beach, 5km southeast of Mykonos Town.

Mykonos is the jumping-off point for island exploring. The nearby island of Delos is a favourite choice due to its beautiful coastline, clear swimming waters and historical and archaeological site.

Linen, bath & pool towels are included in the rental price, towels are changed 3 times a week and linen has a midweek change (including arrival day)

Pets not allowed

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. There is 4 hours housekeeping every day
